Big hair curler
I recently bought a super oversized hair curler, but I couldn't actually use it because it was way too big for my hair. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't let me because I had opened the box. I mean, how else was I supposed to know it was too big, right? After some back and forth, they finally agreed to take it back but they docked 15% from my refund, which felt pretty unfair. All in all, pretty frustrated with their strange customer service.

Photoshop folder menu issue
I had this issue where NEO wasn't showing up in my Photoshop folder menu. So, I contacted customer service through their chat, and they walked me through some steps to try and fix it. Unfortunately, those didn't work, but the rep said they would pass it on to higher ups. Before long, I got an email with super clear instructions on how to tackle the problem. Thanks to their help, I can now see NEO in my menu, making my workflow way smoother. I totally recommend their service!

The app also keeps me in the loop about any last-minute changes from airlines, helps me check in, and even keeps an eye on gate info for me. It's definitely my go-to for all my travel stuff.

Halloween costume
I ordered a Halloween costume from this one place and at first, I was freaking out because I thought it was lost in the mail. So, I reached out to them and they were really nice about it. They ended up sending me a replacement costume right away, which was awesome. But get this - the very next day, the original costume showed up! Crazy, right? So, I had to send the extra one back, but it's all good now. Definitely great customer service all around!
