Review about: Maytag
1 year old washing machine pump issue
Unfortunately, our one-year-old washing machine started acting up, making a horrible noise due to a pump problem. We contacted the company right away since the appliance was still under warranty. But man, were we let down by the service we got. The repair company they sent was a mess - didn't show up for the appointment and was totally unprofessional. When we asked where they were, they tried to say they came and knocked but got no answer, which was a flat-out lie. So, we had enough and decided to just fix it ourselves. It's so frustrating when you expect a reputable company to be reliable and accountable, but they just let you down.

Changing system purchase
I got a security system right when it came out. Was really let down by how little info the company gave, and the cameras always disconnecting and needing to be reset. It's a pain when you're out and need those cameras for security. If they don't step up their game with the product and customer service, I don't think this company will last long.

Men's glasses purchase
The customer service at this store was amazing! They were so helpful with all my questions about delivery and really knew their stuff about their products. When my husband's glasses finally came, we were pleasantly surprised by how nice they were. It was totally worth waiting for and we were really impressed with the price we paid. We were so pleased that now I want to get a pair for myself, and my husband is thinking about getting more too. This whole thing has been great and we will definitely be coming back for more.

This company is such a rip-off. They suckered people in with the promise of a cool case, but then pulled a bait and switch with a boring suitcase and a crazy high price. And don't even get me started on their so-called "refund" offer - total lies, never happened. Customer service? Might as well not exist once they've got your cash. Seriously, do yourself a favor and check out the reviews on crowdfunding sites and social media before you make the mistake of buying from these shady characters.

Wrongly declined refund
This place is like a total nightmare, seriously. I got these shoes and tried to take 'em back during the return time, but they wouldn't give me my money back. I called customer service to fix it, and they agreed that I should've gotten a refund. So I went back to the store to return the shoes again, and what do you know? They said no once again! This is just not okay at all, man. I'm so annoyed with how bad the customer service is and how they don't seem to care about our rights as consumers. I'm still out of money and feeling so disrespected by this company.

The bean bag turned out to be way bigger than I thought, and it's a pretty light green. It's got some weight to it, and there's just a hint of latex smell when you plop down on it, nothing too overpowering. It's pretty cool to see it puff up and take shape as you fluff it around. And it's super comfy, big enough for two average-sized adults. I really like that they made it with eco-friendly materials.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They do not honor return refunds even when you return an item and they promise it. I am out $25 plus the return cost. Its a scam!Material is cheap and when I tried to return the item which they said was ok . I returned the item at the PO the same day I received a an email saying the return items needed to be returned to CHINA with a label or they wouldn't refund. Even though i returned the item to the package address they are not giving me a refund. I am very unhappy with this company STAY AWAY

After ordering clothing, which took forever to get to me, they came one at a time from CHINA via West coast distributors.
The dress was the cheapest material I've ever seen, paper thin, pockets were not sewn together and was nothing like the picture showed.
Blouses were described as V-Neck and were Not V-Neck at all and were sewn so strange that the fit was uncomfortable.
Shorts were supposed to be a large and were more like a Small/Medium.
The only thing that I was happy with was the shoes.
Then to get a refund is a joke... you end up paying shipping and all export fees and wait months to get your money back, so they offer you a 15% back, which they know you will opt for verses other option, and you end up with clothing you can not wear, nor would give to anyone.
Customer Beware ! ! ! Look at all your orders... because nowhere do they tell you they are shipping from CHINA.
the sizes are wrong I ordered 3 tops sized XL the tops i received were marked XL but fit as med or L
