Document management software
I really like the document management software we're using - it's super easy to navigate and it's really convenient to send documents quickly through email or links. However, I do have a few concerns about the lack of advanced automation features, especially when it comes to setting roles for documents that aren't based on templates. It would be awesome to see some improvements in this area to make our workflow even smoother.

Bad experience online shopping
I've never had such a terrible time shopping online before! It's always the same thing - no delivery and no communication. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from here!

Car seat covers purchase
Man, I was freaking out when I couldn't find my order after clicking "view order." I got so pissed, I even shot off a nasty email and called my bank to get a refund. But guess what? Today, totally out of nowhere, my pink and black princess crown seat covers showed up! They're actually pretty sweet and seem like they're decent quality. Hopefully everyone else gets their gear soon. The communication is seriously lacking though, that's why I'm only giving 3 stars. Honestly though, it's more like a 1 star situation with that mess.

This service actually works, unlike a lot of others. It really helps you get out of debt, you know? Are you following what I'm saying? I just feel completely lost with other options. I don't get what's going on with any other system. It's like this service is the only one that really clicks for me.

The website is super easy to use, and they have a bunch of awesome and eye-catching pieces that I haven't seen anywhere else. After looking through their furniture options, I ended up buying something. The ordering process was easy and stress-free, and I liked getting updates on my order. My furniture arrived quickly and looked even better in real life. I was really satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be going back to Design Milk for more design ideas later on.

Super fast shipping
Oh my goodness, you all, the shipping was super fast! I ordered some things and they arrived at my house in a flash, I was so surprised! And you know what? The clothes I received were just as described, and they were packaged up really nicely. I was like, "Wow, this is great!" Order cancellation, unprofessional customer service
I ordered something online and I got a confirmation number. They took the money out of my account, but then a few days later I checked my order status and it was canceled, without anyone letting me know! When I called customer service, they mentioned they were checking if it was fraudulent, but then never got back to me. The agent first said they could refund me in 2 hours, but later changed their mind. Talk about unprofessional! I won't be using them again or suggesting them to anyone.
