E-commerce guidance
This review is for all the lost souls out there who jump into the e-commerce world without a clue. I used to be one of those lost souls until Eleanor saved me. She not only fixed my messy account but also walked me through everything. From starting up my account to picking the best plan, bringing in products, and finally getting them on my store - she was with me every step of the way. And you know what? She didn't just leave after helping me; she followed up later to check on my progress. Eleanor really deserves a round of applause for her amazing service and support.

Liquor delivery
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered some liquor for delivery, but ran into a bunch of problems. First off, a few items I wanted were unexpectedly out of stock, and it wasn't even mentioned when I ordered. Trying to pick new stuff was a pain and took forever. Plus, they didn't give me any details about the delivery, so I had no idea where my order was. They said it was delivered, but I never got anything, which just stressed me out. When I tried to talk to customer service, I got nothing back, so I was left hanging with no help. It was especially bad because it was supposed to be a gift. Overall, I'm really upset with how things went down - not cool at all. I definitely wouldn't recommend using them again.

Touristic objectives visit
During my recent trip to London, I got to check out some really cool landmarks at a good deal. But I ran into some trouble because the website wasn't very clear. It didn't say outright that entry to the tourist spots wasn't guaranteed, which almost led to me getting turned away or delayed at the London Tower. Other people had the same problem, and it wasn't until we spoke up that they fixed it. It was a letdown because people travel from all over to see London's beauty and shouldn't have to deal with stuff like that.

Failed purchase, fake reviews
I was so pumped to give this product a shot after seeing all the awesome reviews, but man, what a letdown. The website was all wonky when I tried to order, and don't even get me started on the rush shipping I shelled out extra for. And the foundation stick? Ugh, a total nightmare to blend, felt like something you'd buy at a dollar store for kids. The only upside was the packaging, everything else was a total fail. I'm feeling like I got tricked by those fake reviews and wasted my hard-earned cash on this pricey dud. I usually don't bother with writing reviews, but I had to speak up and make sure others don't get sucked into the same mess I did.

Hoodies, good deal
I recently snagged some hoodies from that store and it was a total steal. The stuff was in awesome shape and the prices were super fair. But the shipping bag wasn't sealed right and that kind of bugged me. Not sure if it was the store or FedEx's fault, but it made me a bit wary. Despite that hiccup, I'm pretty happy with the quality of what I got.

Grover Field Suit in two sizes
I bought the Grover Field Suit in two sizes to make sure it fit right. But, I had to send one back and cover the shipping myself. They never gave me back my money for the return. When I reached out to customer service about it, they weren't helpful at all. It was a letdown and cost me a lot of money.

I just had a skin consultation with Katelyn, and she was amazing! She really knew her stuff and gave me some great personal recommendations for my skin problems. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I've tried a bunch of different skincare brands before, but Paula's Choice is the only one that has made a real difference for me. Their products are top-notch and have really improved the condition of my skin.

I thought the credit repair services were way too pricey and didn't really seem worth it in the end. They didn't really offer much more than what you can do yourself for free. Plus, cancelling was a pain and I still got charged fees even after I cancelled successfully.

Crystal photo gift for friend's lost dog
I got this crystal photo gift for my friend who lost her dog, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! Gladys was so helpful throughout the whole process, she even called to make sure I was satisfied with everything. The crystal itself was just stunning, and the picture on it looked incredibly real. My friend's family was all over it, especially her mom who was just crying tears of joy. I can't thank you enough for such a special and thoughtful gift!

Edemco Kennel Dryer purchase
I just bought an Edemco Kennel Dryer from Pet Pro Supply Co. I placed my order in March of this year, but didn't get it until August. Even though there were some delays and a few communication problems close to the delivery date, the product showed up in good shape. I did notice that the quality of Edemco products seems to have gone down over time, as the dryer I got wasn't as sturdy as the one I had 12 years ago. But that's not on Pet Pro Supply Co at all.

I had a really bad experience with that website. It was all glitchy and slow. And don't even get me started on the customer service - they were no help at all when I tried to get a refund. I'm thinking about joining a class action lawsuit against the company.
