New lens for my camera
I recently picked up a new lens for my camera and I have to say, it's pretty awesome! The website where I got it was totally straightforward about the condition of the lens and the prices were right on. Plus, the delivery was lightning-fast and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be going back to them for more camera gear in the future.

City Zatchel backpack
I just got this awesome City Zatchel backpack and I'm so thrilled with it. The design is absolutely gorgeous and the customer service I got was top-notch. But after using it for a bit, I realized it needed a little repair. Brian and the crew over at the company were amazing in taking care of that for me. They fixed it up in just one day, and their communication through email was really great. Now my backpack looks good as new and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Definitely going back to them for my next purchase.

My new boots
Yeah, so I scored these awesome new boots from this store I like, and I was so pumped to try them on. But then, the shipping info was totally messed up and they had no clue where my package was! It was seriously frustrating because I just wanted my boots, you feel me? Plus, they were using different emails and all that which seemed super sketchy. I was like, "Uh, hello? Are you looking to scam me or what?!" I was about ready to call the cops, I swear! Definitely not ordering from them again.

Custom bridesmaid dresses
The dresses from this company totally blew me away! The material is so nice, the fit is just right, and the quality is amazing. I was shocked at how gorgeous they were in person. The website was super easy to use, and being able to get a custom size made ordering a piece of cake. Even though there was a tiny problem with the measurements being off, the customer service team was so helpful and made sure the dress was good to go for the event. I really appreciate their help and how professional they were through it all. I'll definitely be coming back for more special occasions in the future!

Efficient VM installation for IT support professionals
I just bought this virtual machine software that's really been a game-changer for me in my job as an IT Manager. With this software, I can easily run both Mac and PC applications on one computer, which makes it so much simpler for me to provide support for both systems. The best part is the coherence mode, which lets me have my Windows apps open right alongside my Mac OS apps. It's super handy because it means I can troubleshoot problems on both platforms without having to constantly switch computers or reboot into a different operating system.

I am absolutely in love with the products from this company! The design, quality, and options are seriously top-notch. I recently took advantage of their 3 for the price of 1 sale and I am over the moon with my purchase. I got some 15oz mugs as gifts for my cousins, and I just know they're going to love them. The website is super easy to use, unlike some other sites where it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Plus, the quality is always spot on. And if there ever is a problem, the customer support team is amazingly helpful and quick to assist. I can't wait to get my order and show off these amazing mugs! I might even have to come back for some new flags next time.

Oversized t-shirt purchase
Man, what a pain! I bought a t-shirt in two different sizes, figuring one of them would have to fit me, but they were both totally off. The M ended up being bigger than the L - like, what's up with that sizing mix-up? Luckily, the customer service folks were super helpful and agreed to do an exchange for me. I sent it back and, to my surprise, got a new M shirt that fit perfectly in under a week. I've gotta give them credit for fixing their error, but what's the deal with the wonky sizing in the first place?

Absolutely disappointed with the poor service from a company that supposedly prides on customer service.!!!
Multiple text exchanged and many where ignored and I still have NOT RECEIVED IT
Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend EXO Drones to any of my colleagues.
I have had multiple text support messages since April 18 regarding the replacement using the Insurance that I purchased.
Every time, I am told that they would "personally" take care of the issue.
There has been no follow up emails or any type of message communications from the EXO company.
he only reason I chose EXO drones, was because of the impressive marketing regarding customer service.
Quite frankly, it is extremely Disappointing that EXO claims to deliver "excellent customer service for our North American
customers"
