International money transfer
I've been using this service for 7 years with no problems until I recently tried to transfer some funds. I went through the usual steps, but then I got an email asking for more info before my transfer could go through. I did what they asked, but somehow ended up sending the same info again, which held up the transfer. I reached out to customer service by email, and they got back to me the next day and got my funds transferred. It was a bit of a hassle, but it all worked out in the end.

Custom bridesmaid dresses
The dresses from this company totally blew me away! The material is so nice, the fit is just right, and the quality is amazing. I was shocked at how gorgeous they were in person. The website was super easy to use, and being able to get a custom size made ordering a piece of cake. Even though there was a tiny problem with the measurements being off, the customer service team was so helpful and made sure the dress was good to go for the event. I really appreciate their help and how professional they were through it all. I'll definitely be coming back for more special occasions in the future!

Alexander McQueen trainers consignment
I recently sold my Alexander McQueen trainers with the original shoe box and dust bag to this place. Unfortunately, after a few months, they were unable to sell them and I asked for them to be sent back to me. When the package arrived, it only had the trainers, no box or other items. I reached out to them on May 13th about the issue, but even after sending multiple follow-up emails, all I got were promises to reply by the next Monday or that day, which never happened. The lack of communication and failure to address my concerns is not okay. If you're thinking about selling with them, I suggest looking into other options for selling your used designer items.

I am absolutely in love with the products from this company! The design, quality, and options are seriously top-notch. I recently took advantage of their 3 for the price of 1 sale and I am over the moon with my purchase. I got some 15oz mugs as gifts for my cousins, and I just know they're going to love them. The website is super easy to use, unlike some other sites where it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Plus, the quality is always spot on. And if there ever is a problem, the customer support team is amazingly helpful and quick to assist. I can't wait to get my order and show off these amazing mugs! Multiple text exchanged and many where ignored and I still have NOT RECEIVED IT
Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend EXO Drones to any of my colleagues.
I have had multiple text support messages since April 18 regarding the replacement using the Insurance that I purchased.
Every time, I am told that they would "personally" take care of the issue.
There has been no follow up emails or any type of message communications from the EXO company.
he only reason I chose EXO drones, was because of the impressive marketing regarding customer service.
Quite frankly, it is extremely Disappointing that EXO claims to deliver "excellent customer service for our North American
customers"
