Horrible company. AI tools do not work. They promised people 100% risk free refund guarantee after 180 days. When i learned how horrible their tools are and what they are trying to sell - I regret signing up for it. But, they said I had to work with them closely to get my refund, so I did. Waisted my time accommodating their demands. They kept me hostage and my money hostage. After the 180 days passed they said they will not give me my refund. They started telling me that they did not receive my emails and I sked for my refund too early before 180 days expired so I will not get my refund! This is SCAM! DO not GET INVOLVED With Them!Review about: Zolucky
2 different sweaters
I should have read the reviews before placing my order. ZOLUCKY, is ALL GARBAGE!!! Pictures are definitely fake and their products are cheap and of very bad quality. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! STAY AWAY, NO MATTER HOW NICE AND PRETTY THE CLOTHES MAY LOOK!!! Only giving them stars so that I can submit my review, otherwise they would get ZERO STARS!

I am kicking myself now...
I actually read some pretty negative reviews before ordering, but they had so many cute (appearing) items at reasonable prices, that I went ahead and ordered anyway. What a mistake!
Quality on most of the items (that actually delivered, after several times in transit) was pretty poor. To the point that the bracelet was supposed to say, "Where there is a will, there is a way" and it's just a bunch of "theres a way" strung together! A "shawl" that looked like it would fit a human in the photo on the website, came and it would fit a small doll or dog, for that matter...actually quality not even good enough for my dog!
When I tried to address the quality issues and either a return or exchange, I was met with these "accessories" are non-returnable, so I'm basically out of luck on 4 of the items that I purchased. I even told them that their lack of customer service was upsetting and I was going to give them a negative review and they made no attempts to provide ANY service to me.
So, lessons learned! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Not worth the hassles that you will undoubtedly will face!Contact BBB. I always do and get my refund this way.

No returns without paying paying $49 for this information. No customer service. BIG RIP OFF.
Company is a scam. Size was wrong and can not return because they will not give me a return address without paying $49 for the information. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Material of dresses was not as described. Other reviews state that when they are able to get a return address it is for China. It ends up costing as much to send back to china as the cost of the items.
They will not answer any of my messages I have no tracking information and I just want my money back , this place is a scam I wish I had read the reviews, before I purchased anything, when their chat service is not working they say they will email you, and there is no information in the email it is just one big circle. I am calling my cc company and the disputing the charges, I ordered over a month ago and cannot get any updates on my order. Unreal. DONT DO IT

Lesson learned. I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything. I placed an order in March. I received 1 item although the shipping slip says this order is the last item to be received to complete the order. Waiting for other items and/or a refund.

I had made a purchase at end of January. The dress I ordered was not the dress I received. It was supposed to be a cotton dress, what I received was a cheap spandex material that looked like something you would purchase from the dollar store. I emailed the COMPANY explaining that NO response THEN i went ON Facebook and i found this HELP INFO OF THE COMPANY THE customer service is the BEST I have ever seen in my entire life THE PROVIDE me the SHIPPING LABEL AND MY GREEN DOLLAR WAS DEPOSITED INFO MY ACCOUNT. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE DRESS FROM THIS COMPANY AWFUL CLOTHING STOREZolucky is absolute garbage!
Zolucky is absolute garbage!! They show you photos of clothes then send completely different items. When I contacted them to arrange for a return, they said I would be responsible for shipping to China and it would cost me more in shipping than the clothes cost. What they do should be illegal. Ordered sterling silver earrings that were actually made of plastic. Amazing :(Contact BBB. I always do and get my refund this way.

I’m following your instructions for reporting this company. I learned a ver expensive lesson having purchased from this company. I just donated every item I purchased to the homeless. (And feel guilty cause it’s junk)
I ordered 2 darling pair of slip on shoes from this company and a t-shirt. The first pair of shoes arrived and were way too big. I reported this to the company and the response was that if I wanted to return them I would have to send them back to China. I wanted to wait until my order was complete before I made a decision. They did offer a 15% refund if I wanted to keep the item. Well the second part of the order arrived and of course the shoes did not fit. I have requested the 15% refund on those shoes also. I will keep the t-shirt, but it is not nearly the quality of other items I have ordered from other on line locations. I will not order from this company again and was surprised that they are not on YELP for complaints.

I would not wear the dress they sent me to the bathroom. Material cheap. Size is wrong. Color and print were different than the picture. Style was not as advertised. Why is this company allowed to lie about their return system? It is only a big scam.

I wish i read these reviews first. The quality of construction, fabric, and print is the lowest I've every seen. I ordered 10 items and returned 8.
I ordered three tops, came very quickly, but the size small was very small, plus two did not look at all like the webpage, I'm trying to return these, hope it goes smoothly, If I have to return to China, I'll donate them. This company has a twin called Noracora... exact same merchandise, and the exact same crappy customer experiences. Note to self: Read reviews of the company before purchasing anything.

Try returning something. Typed in my correct email and the order number at least five times and each time the response wa that there was no match. Tried doing a live chat as suggested and unable to find. Total scam company, don't buy anything form them.
Thankfully, I ordered two tops. I was going to order more, but decided to get these two first and see how it went. I received the package timely, but the quality if poor at best. I ordered a medium top, that i believed was a sweatshirt, it was super large and appeared to be a picture that was taken from a really nice sweatshirt sold elsewhere and copied on bad material of some sort. the other fit fine, but again, looks like a photo copy of something really nice and just basically something i would wear to clean the house. Very disappointed!
Bait and switch. That should be ZoLucky's tagline. Order from a picture of a great pair of boots. Unpack garbage -- with no structure. Plastic instead of leather. Returning? -- they gave me an address in Vietnam!! Do not order from this site -- unless you are in Viet Nam and can easily return the product. No, not even then.
Order two xxl shirts and a sweatshirt for my wife’s anniversary one month ahead of time. They arrived two weeks late appeared to be size xs. The sweatshirt was made from a t-shirt material. Return process is not worth the aggravation of not getting all my money back. China is going to rule the world using our money ???? they won’t have to invade just send us COVID laced clothing and masks ????

I bought a shirt from them a few years ago. What they sent looked like what some kid had drawn it with his left hand. What a joke! then I tried to return it, NOPE, they wouldn't let me or give me my money back. It's a scam, and they make a couple bucks on 150K unsuspecting people a month... it's a well-oiled machine and some schmuck in Taiwan or ? lives in a Penthouse, and the crazy part is our Gov't allows it to happen.
