Misleading product description
The thing I got didn't look anything like the picture online. It was super low quality and definitely not worth what I paid. I contacted customer service and showed them photos proving the difference, but they said I had to pay to ship it back if I wanted a refund. It's frustrating to end up with a crappy product and still have to pay for their error.

Quick and easy service
I had no problems with the service, it was all quick and easy to understand. But when I called to change my loan payback date, the person I talked to was eating and talking with food in their mouth, and I thought that was kinda unprofessional and gross. But overall, I'm happy with how everything went as a borrower.

GBRS hat purchase
I bought a hella cool GBRS hat from the website and at first I was bummed when I found out it was sold out after I ordered. But then the customer service crew hit me back real quick, told me what was up, and got my money back to me fast. I said, why not take another chance and ordered a different hat. They got that bad boy packed up and shipped out the same day. I got my hands on it just three days later, which was pretty sweet. All in all, I ain't got no qualms about my experience with the company and will think about copping from them again down the line.

Big Bus Tours Rip-off
Big Bus Tours really took a lot of money from us to see London, but later on they let us know that we wouldn't be able to go all the way to our destination and that we'd be making some random stops along the way. That was super disappointing and annoying! I mean, if Big Bus can't handle their tours right, they should be upfront about it instead of tricking their customers. We totally felt ripped off and deceived.

I was really disappointed with how little security they had at that place. My aunt's identity got stolen and they opened a credit card in her name without checking with her first. They didn't even ask any questions when they started sending stuff to this stranger. It's really worrying and it just shows they don't care about keeping their customers safe and private.

Unwanted birth control subscription
This company is just terrible! I decided to stop taking birth control because of the side effects, but they kept charging me and sending products every three months. Even though I canceled my subscription and showed them proof, they still won't give me a refund. It's been passed on to another company now, and the whole ordeal hasn't stopped. I have screenshots and emails to prove everything, but they're not listening. I might have to take legal action next.
