I received my package pretty fast, but I kinda wish there were more discount codes for us loyal customers. Other places always find ways to thank their customers, maybe you should consider doing the same to keep folks coming back.

New shoes
I was pretty bummed about the customer service I got when I returned a pair of shoes. The website said refunds could take up to 21 days, but waiting that long just didn't sit right with me. I sent back the shoes right away and they told me I had to wait the full 21 days before they could even start looking into my refund. This lack of clear communication and slow refund process has really ticked me off and soured my view of their customer service.

Wedding figures
I just wanted to share how happy I was with my order of wedding figures from this store. They arrived really quickly and oh my goodness, they looked so good! I didn't think they would look so much like our friends, but the designer really nailed it. The material seemed top-notch too, and they were packaged in a cute little gift box. If you're unsure about ordering, I say go for it - you won't regret it!

Lace bandage romper with zipper access in seat and sides
The romper material felt really comfy and strong, plus I loved that lace bandage thing on the thighs that kept it in place. The zippers on the seat and sides were super handy. Unfortunately, even though I got a 4x, the romper was way too small for my size 20 body. But the quality was top-notch, so I'm definitely gonna get a bigger size 'cause I was really happy with it otherwise.

Awesome Coco earrings!
Oh my goodness, these Coco earrings are absolutely gorgeous! I wear them all the time and I even got creative and turned them into a necklace once. After about 2 years, one of the earrings needed some fixing, but let me tell you, IDYL was amazing with their customer service! They were so friendly, quick, and on point. My earring came back looking good as new in one of their adorable packages.

Stayed at a fancy place for a week
We stayed at the most amazing hotel. The folks there were so friendly and our rooms were top-notch, exactly like the photos. The process for booking and checking in was a bit strange, so be sure to read all the details beforehand. We did have to cancel and rebook, but they promptly refunded our money as promised.

Faulty oven part replacement
The customer service experience I had with your company was really disappointing. I tried reaching out multiple times and even sent photos of my oven, but the reps just couldn't figure out what replacement part I needed.
