Social media listening tool
I just bought this social media listening tool and man, was I let down. Website said it could monitor mentions on Facebook and Instagram, but turns out it couldn't. Super misleading, right? And to top it off, no refunds allowed once I figured it out. If only I had known beforehand, could have saved myself a bunch of time and stress.

Hoodie purchase
I found this brand a few years back, and it's now my absolute favorite. My first buy was from the Isla Bonita collection, and ever since then, I've been a huge fan. Their products are top-notch - I can't complain about the hoodie I picked up. It's well-crafted, fits just right, and now it's a must-have in my closet. Thinking about snagging a few more in different colors because I'm just loving it.

Jewelry and clothing
I checked out this store at Paramus Park Mall in New Jersey, and I gotta say, it was a great time. The vibe of the place was really nice, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cool and current clothes and jewelry they had. The quality of everything, even the little knick-knacks, was top-notch, and I ended up finding a few things I really liked. The staff knew their stuff, were super helpful, and gave great customer service. I liked that they offered to bring online orders to the store for pick-up, which made things easy. The shoe selection was on point - they had a bunch of trendy and stylish options that went perfectly with the clothes they had.

Beard hair dye
I just got this beard hair dye from this company and gotta say, I'm super impressed with it. I've tried a few other brands before, but none of them even come close to how well this one works. The container is designed well so you get the right amount of dye and activator every time. Mixing it is a breeze and it goes on really smoothly. Best part is, it doesn't stain my skin, so no worries there. And being able to adjust the color by changing how long you leave it on is a game-changer. I can get a bunch of uses out of one container and it always turns out great. All in all, super happy with this beard hair dye.

Blurry prints
I can't believe I fell for those low prices on that site. I really should've known better, but that good deal just lured me in. My photos looked amazing when I uploaded them, but what I received was a huge disappointment. The images were super blurry, and all the details were basically impossible to see. I've used other companies in the past that would've given me a heads up if my resolution was too low, but nope, not this one. And on top of all that, they didn't even bother to reach out and let me know about the issue. This is just terrible customer service at its best!

Subscription for durable dog toys and treats
I've been getting their durable dog toys and treats for a few months now, and I gotta say, I'm really pleased with the service. Every month, my furry buddy gets some top-notch toys and yummy treats that keep him happy and entertained. Their customer service team is always right on top of things and super helpful whenever I got questions or needed a hand. They really went above and beyond when they refunded my subscription after I lost my beloved pet, which really touched me. And just the other day, I got a sweet email from them offering some emotional support for the holidays, which was a really nice and thoughtful gesture.

Poor quality, misleading descriptions, long delivery time
I was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. The product was low quality, took forever to arrive, and was totally different from what was advertised. Plus, it showed up with marks on it, which was just the cherry on top of a disappointing experience.
