    Several swim suits

    Unfortunately the suits came in a few sizes that just didn’t fit correctly, and by the time I had started the return process I was a day over the 15 day return and by the time they responded, etc. it was a few days over and they refused to let me return them. They are all in the zip loc baggies they came in with full tags. But not anything I will ever wear. They had large tops, and ill fitting bottoms. I was very disappointed. I had hoped they would be a great company.

    Hey! I got what I paid for! I didn't have high expectations for the price paid. I am pleased with the purchases they are as expected . Should I desire to purchase in that price/quality structure again I would not hesitate. If I want better quality I will pay more!!!

    The photos on the JustFashionNow site are very nice. I purchased 5 items understanding that due to the price they were not likely to be high quality. I received 5 items, two of which were okay and were a cotton blend but the other 3 items were made of a very thin synthetic fabric that feels like silky plastic, almost like the very thin shower curtain liners we can purchase. Their return policy is 14 days and due to having to pay for and ship items back to China within a narrow time frame, I decided to not stress about it but just not purchase anything else with JustFashionNow. I will just donate the 3 items to Goodwill as there may be someone who can use them for something.

    I ordered Feb 4, 2021. I got an email it was sent out the 5th, with the tracking number, to arrive the 18th. The 18th came..no product. I checked my email again. It said it got delayed because of the freak snow storm we had in Texas. It was shipped out the 19th.
    WTH! What a frigging lie! The storm didn’t hit until the 11th. 6 days after they lied and said it was shipped.

    I ordered these as a Christmas gift. They were supposed to arrive on December 22 and have still not arrived. I have been told conflicting stories by the customer service representative. The first one on December 24 told me they would either arrive by 8 on that night or would be delivered Christmas morning. They did not arrive. I got the run around on December 25 and was told that there was a special agent handling it who would be calling me. No one called me! On the 26th one agent told me that the quota had been met by the seller and my product was never shipped even though their update showed that it was in transit. Another agent has now told me that the product is no longer available. It is still listed for sale on their website. I'm supposed to receive a refund in 7 days. I guess time will tell.

    I previously had a positive experience with 1800Flowers before the pandemic. Now, I have also had the same experience asTammy. Spent an hour on the phone Thursday night and an hour on Friday.
    I believe they put me on hold several times while pretending to find a manager or some person of authority. It took them two hours to tell me that the item is no longer in stock. They seem remorseful but only echo trained responses and apologies. This company needs to be reported for false advertising and theft, which I am about to do. They still have the Tulip Soap Box for sale on the website. My refund had better show in my account in 5 to 10 business days or they will be on the receiving end of more of my wrath.

    I purchased only 4 of the yellow curtains for outdoors they are absolutely wonderful! The yellow is a very beautiful golden yellow and the fabric is thick, soft and weighed. They look like I bought them from a high end store. The nice thing about these curtains you can use them inside the home as well and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

    The color is entirely different - from the picture - I contacted them and want to return and replace.
    I have been waiting for a resolution for over a week - I called 888-976-6928 day and night US Pacific time and no one answer the phone, only voicemail. It's hard to contact customer service, I sent an email and still waiting where to return
