Cool new kicks
I ordered these really awesome shoes online, but now I can't find any info on my order. I tried emailing them, but no one's getting back to me! I'm starting to stress out that I won't get my shoes at all. I noticed a bunch of other folks had the same issue, so I'm not feeling too confident. If my sneakers don't show up soon, I might have to figure out how to report them. Crossing my fingers they come through!

LED lights for BMW
The customer service at this company is amazing! They were so helpful and super quick to respond when I had a problem with the LEDs I bought for my BMW. The fault code kept coming on, but they sent me some fault decoders right away that fixed the issue. I seriously can't complain about them at all, and I'll definitely be coming back as a customer. Totally worth every penny!

Button-up shirt
I bought a button-up shirt from the store not too long ago and let me tell you, the quality and design really caught my eye at first. But then, after the very first wash, a button popped right off! I was bummed out because I was hoping for better durability considering how much I paid for it. The shirt fit nicely and was comfy, but that button mishap really put a damper on things for me.

Air purifier
I got this air purifier from that one place, and let me tell you, it was such a nightmare. I ended up cancelling my order because it was taking forever to ship. But you won't believe it, they still sent it out! Now I'm stuck having to pay to send it back. Plus, their customer service is just terrible, I'm still dealing with this stupid thing two weeks later. Save yourself the trouble and order from a different place. Trust me.

custom-fitted oral device
I recently bought a custom oral device, but it didn't work out like I hoped. When I got it fitted, a piece actually fell off and it got a big split. Even though we tried to fix it with Dr. H, it still didn't fit well. The device was too big and kept cutting my mouth corners, making it hard to wear. Dr. H offered to keep trying to adjust it, but I was worried about a temporary fix that might not hold up.
