Hotel reservation issue
So, let me tell you about my experience trying to book a hotel online. It was a mess! I originally booked through this one website, but then needed to make a change. I tried reaching out to customer service through their chat, but no luck. When I emailed them, all I got was an automated response with a phone number to call. Turns out, I had booked through Expedia, not Hotwire like I thought.
So, I called Hotwire to straighten things out but couldn't get a hold of anyone. I finally reached a different Hotwire location, and they informed me that my reservation didn't even exist. They advised me to cancel the payment, but unfortunately, that's not an option with my Spanish bank. Hotwire is avoiding me like the plague, it's so frustrating trying to get in touch with them. Definitely feels like a scam, so be careful out there!
