Quick and insightful guidance
I gotta say, I was really impressed with how well I was taken care of in my recent interaction. I was having some trouble figuring things out in the program, and Steven was quick to step in and offer to hop on my computer to give me a hand. He totally got that I learn better visually, which made things a whole lot smoother. Not only did he walk me through everything, but he also gave me a nice, detailed tour of the program to make sure I could keep up. Steven's vibe was not only professional but also super friendly, and I was so thankful for his help. Working with him was a real pleasure.
Scan machine
So, there was this lady named Liza T. who gave me a call back to check on the help she provided me with the day before. Unfortunately, it didn't work out because she and the new scanner software were having some issues. But Liza was really concerned and followed up with me today. She was so knowledgeable about the system and recommended using NEAT through Google instead of Safari. I was a bit disappointed that the old Desktop version is no longer supported, it was much quicker. But Liza's tech support was absolutely amazing.
Subscription, data storage, folder organization, doc importing
I have to say, the subscription for this thing is really expensive. I don't like that I can't download a bunch of PDFs all at once. Also, I don't feel comfortable with all my info being on some server instead of just on my computer. But despite those issues, I haven't found anything else that works as well. It would be great if we could select certain folders as "favorites" and if the folders stayed open after I opened them, that would save me so much clicking.
Neat software upgrade
The customer support team, particularly Liza C, really came through for me when I was thinking about going back to an old version of the software. Liza listened to my worries and managed to show me the advantages of upgrading. She even went the extra mile by giving me a discount and refund for the previous version, which I was really grateful for. Because of Liza, I'm now a much more satisfied customer.
Neat scanner transfer to cloud
Liza totally rocked when she helped me transfer all my files from my old Neat scanner to the cloud. She was always there for me and even showed me how to move files from my computer to the cloud. I can't thank her enough for her dedication and hard work. I am so happy with the way everything turned out!
Software and scanner update assistance
I recently got in touch with customer service to get help updating my software and scanner, and let me tell you, the rep I talked to was amazing! Liza really knew her stuff and was super quick and efficient. She hopped on my computer remotely and got everything sorted out in no time.
Transitioning to new software
Lisa really helped me out a ton with getting all my old files onto the new software. She was super patient and took the time to walk me through everything when I was feeling lost. The zoom chats I've joined have been really helpful in showing me the ropes of the new system. I've been with this company for over 20 years and I have to admit, switching to their new software was a breeze for me.
Data transfer assistance
The customer service tech I talked to about help transferring my data was so great. She was really patient, kind, and professional. She made sure every single file and thing got moved over to my cloud account perfectly, which made everything super easy for me. I really liked how well she helped me, and I'm so thankful for her getting me all set up with scanning into my new cloud account.
Troubleshooting cache issue
Recently, I had a really annoying problem where my documents weren't showing up in any of my folders. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was because of a cache issue that happened after a recent update. They walked me through clearing my cache, and that fixed the problem. It would've been nice if they had given us a heads up about possible issues with updates.
Report Generation Assistance
I asked for help making a copy of a report and got help from a Neat worker named Liza. Even though I had some trouble at first, Liza stuck with me and kept trying until she fixed the problem. She even asked to use my computer to help out. I was really impressed with how professional and dedicated Liza was in helping me. Big thanks to Neat for hiring great employees like her!
Online assistance experience
I had a really good experience online with this lady named Liza. She was super helpful and made sure she understood my question before giving me a detailed answer. She wanted to make sure I understood everything and that my problem was fixed before we finished talking.
Scanner problems
The last couple of times I scanned items, I tried to edit and save them but the screens were blank! It was all good before this. I've been using this product for a while now, since back when you kept the records on your own computer. That was my favorite version because it never let me down.
Training webinar attendance
I just went to one of the company's training webinars, and it was super helpful. They taught us this trick for duplicating folders that I thought was really useful. But when I tried to do it myself, I totally forgot the steps. So, I contacted the company to help me remember so I can use it for my upcoming files next year.

Documents scanner is great and good to see accessible for common users too.Still many accounting software's who are leader I personally didn't find competitive to the Neat Apart from systems and laptops also accessible by phone and this is an additional advantage Documents can be send directly to me or anyone
