I've been dealing with a really frustrating problem with my recent purchase. I've reached out to customer support a few times now, asking the same question, and I still haven't gotten a good answer. Plus, they messed up my name in their system, so Quest Labs can't even get to my results. The lack of competence and poor customer service is so disappointing and has me really frustrated. It's even worse that no one picks up the phone when I try calling, so I'm stuck sending the same email over and over again.
