Subscription purchase
I just signed up for a subscription that said I could try it out for free, and get a refund if I wasn't happy. But when I tried it, the videos they had didn't really work for what I needed. So I contacted customer service for help and they just told me to do it myself. I was pretty disappointed by the lack of support, especially since I spent a good amount on the subscription.
