Birth control mix-up
The shipping was really fast and they responded super quick to my messages, but I gotta say, it was kind of annoying how I kept getting different brands of birth control every few months. I had to keep figuring out how to adjust to the new versions and honestly, it was pretty frustrating. I learned that they send out generics, but I didn't realize I'd have to switch brands so often. After all that, I don't think I'll be using this service again!
Awesome experience switching brands!
I really enjoyed changing my pill to a new brand with this company. The team was super friendly and addressed all my questions. They were upfront about things like side effects, pricing, and shipping, which I really liked. Plus, I love that the pills get delivered right to my door, so convenient!
Birth control purchase
I ordered some birth control off the internet, and I was really pumped about it because it sounded like a good move! But when I tried it out, I got super sick - like major nausea. I ended up having to hit up the hospital! They did throw in some extra goodies with the order though, so that was a nice touch.
Four-month pill refill purchase
I just bought a four-month supply of pills from this company, but still haven't gotten my order. They charged me $80 on August 1st and I haven't even seen a shipping confirmation. The lack of communication and delay in getting my pills has left me feeling totally vulnerable and annoyed. And to top it off, they charged me another $80 today. This kind of service is not okay, especially when it comes to important health stuff.
Prescription changes
I went ahead and tried out this service even though I had seen some mixed reviews. Turns out, the medication they kept giving me was from different brands and I think they might have been running low on stock. I had already told the doctor how I didn't want a specific brand and had even looked into it myself, but they didn't really listen to my worries. When I brought up the constant changes, the doctor kinda brushed it off, saying I shouldn't pay attention to negative reviews because only upset people tend to leave feedback. This whole situation made me feel pretty ignored and frustrated as a customer.

I had a really bad experience with this service. They tried to trick me by saying my insurance didn't cover their service anymore, just so they could charge me more. But when I double-checked with my insurance, I found out that was a lie - nothing had actually changed. They were trying to pull a fast one on me, but as soon as I showed them proof of my coverage, they backed off. It's so shady and unethical. I'd definitely warn others to steer clear of their services.
Prescription renewal trouble
I had a pretty good experience with this service at first, but things took a turn when it came time to renew my prescription. A couple of weeks ago, I ran into an issue trying to verify my phone number. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but never heard back from anyone. Feeling frustrated by the lack of communication, I decided to switch to a different service altogether. I tried to delete my account, but then got hit with a surprise charge for a prescription I didn't even renew. Trust is super important when it comes to healthcare services, and unfortunately, this whole ordeal has made me feel pretty doubtful and let down.
Birth control ring purchase
I had a really bad experience when I ordered a birth control ring from this company. They sent two extra items that I didn't want, and even after I tried to get in touch with them multiple times to take the extra items off my order, they never got back to me. It's super annoying when a company doesn't pay attention to what their customers want.

Unwanted birth control subscription
This company is just terrible! I decided to stop taking birth control because of the side effects, but they kept charging me and sending products every three months. Even though I canceled my subscription and showed them proof, they still won't give me a refund. It's been passed on to another company now, and the whole ordeal hasn't stopped. I have screenshots and emails to prove everything, but they're not listening. I might have to take legal action next.
Birth control prescription renewal
I wanted to give this service a shot for my birth control prescription refill, but man, was I let down. It was easy to use, yeah, but the cost was way too steep. I felt like they were just trying to make a quick buck off of me for something essential like healthcare. It really left me feeling pretty sour, so I'm definitely not gonna be using it again.

I picked up some birth control pills from this one place and man, they were terrible. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were absolutely no help at all. They suggested I email them, so I did, but never heard anything back. And on top of that, they charged my credit card instead of billing my insurance. Not cool at all!

I recently decided to try out this birth control subscription service thinking it would be so much easier and dependable. But man, was I let down big time! Even though I have insurance that most places take with no problem, they straight up said no way and wanted to hit me with a crazy fee if I didn't cancel ASAP. On top of that, they wouldn't even give me back the consultation fee! I felt totally scammed and beyond irritated. How can I rely on a healthcare service that won't work with major insurance companies like the one I have?
