    Birth control mix-up

    The shipping was really fast and they responded super quick to my messages, but I gotta say, it was kind of annoying how I kept getting different brands of birth control every few months. I had to keep figuring out how to adjust to the new versions and honestly, it was pretty frustrating. I learned that they send out generics, but I didn't realize I'd have to switch brands so often. After all that, I don't think I'll be using this service again!

    I ordered some birth control off the internet, and I was really pumped about it because it sounded like a good move! But when I tried it out, I got super sick - like major nausea.     I'm so annoyed with this company! I ordered a specific kind of birth control, but they sent me a totally different one. When I contacted customer service, they said what they sent was a generic version, but still charged me the full price. Aren't generics supposed to be cheaper? Plus, why would they send me something I didn't order when my confirmation email clearly said I'd get the brand I wanted? It's seriously irritating and makes no sense. I'm definitely not buying from them again.

    I just bought a four-month supply of pills from this company, but still haven't gotten my order. They charged me $80 on August 1st and I haven't even seen a shipping confirmation. The lack of communication and delay in getting my pills has left me feeling totally vulnerable and annoyed. And to top it off, they charged me another $80 today. This kind of service is not okay, especially when it comes to important health stuff.

    SimpleHealth is really going through some tough times. They went and let go a whole bunch of support people, so good luck getting any help when you need it. The CEO is making some pretty bad calls, and the whole company is in deep trouble. I wouldn't rely on them to have your back. My advice? Cancel your order, reach out to your credit card company, and report them to the Better Business Bureau. The people in charge don't seem to care about us customers anymore. It's like being on a sinking ship without anyone there to rescue you.

    I went ahead and tried out this service even though I had seen some mixed reviews. Turns out, the medication they kept giving me was from different brands and I think they might have been running low on stock. I had already told the doctor how I didn't want a specific brand and had even looked into it myself, but they didn't really listen to my worries. When I brought up the constant changes, the doctor kinda brushed it off, saying I shouldn't pay attention to negative reviews because only upset people tend to leave feedback. This whole situation made me feel pretty ignored and frustrated as a customer.

    Birth Control Order

    I recently ordered my birth control from SimpleHealth and had a pretty awful customer service encounter. I tried several times to update my address, but my order still ended up going to the wrong place. The website was not very easy to navigate when it came to changing my information, which definitely didn't help. When I contacted customer support to explain what happened, they weren't very helpful or understanding. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they pretty much just blamed me and suggested I buy another order for $60. The lack of support and unwillingness to help really left me feeling let down and disrespected. In the end, I decided to take my business elsewhere because of this negative situation.
