I just got my allergy test results, and they came really fast in an email. But, oh man, they ended up in my junk folder at first. Luckily, I found them and everything got sorted out quickly. Plus, the people I talked to were really nice.

Incorrect allergy test results
I was really let down by my experience at this place. I waited nearly 2 weeks for my allergy test results, and I had to contact them on live chat just to get them. And when I finally saw the results, they were totally wrong. I'm positive I'm allergic to cat dander and almonds, but the test said otherwise. It was a waste of money! Do yourself a favor and go see a legit allergist instead.

For my second test, I decided to pay extra for the fast track option, and it was definitely worth it. If you have any questions about your results, they do have a live chat feature you can use. However, I found the answers to be a little basic, so sometimes I had to ask to talk to a senior nutritionist for more detailed advice. Overall, I was happy with the info I got, but I think the blood tests could use some more detailed analysis.
