Great software and kind customer service.
My download and installation of a driver software
I downloaded and installed this driver software because I saw some newer drivers for my laptop on a website that sent me to their page. The health check showed I had some outdated drivers, but the free version didn't let me download them. The website has been up since 2011 and it's hosted in Germany, but there's no contact details or company address. To make matters worse, the program messed with a Windows security update while installing. The health report took forever to generate and was a mess. I definitely don't trust this company.
Premium 5 devices - 1 year subscription
I bought the premium 5 devices - 1 year subscription, and I gotta say, the customer service here has been really disappointing. After I installed the app, my PC crashed because of some driver updates it told me to do that weren't compatible. I asked for a refund right away since they have a 30-day refund policy, but even after sending a bunch of emails and getting promises from them, I still haven't gotten my money back. The way the customer service team has been handling this is unprofessional and they haven't been good at communicating with me at all.
