Easy and fun lessons
I really like how user-friendly and easy to follow the lessons are. I find myself doing a bunch of lessons in one day because they're quick and packed with information. This online course is definitely the best one I've ever tried!
Self-help program purchase
I really like the self-help program I got from Virtue Map! It's super helpful for making a plan that's organized and not too overwhelming. The lessons are easy to understand and set up for practicing every day, which is really convenient for me. It's like a practical and effective way to do Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on my own. I think the program is easy to use and not too expensive, so it's worth it for the guidance it gives without needing pricey therapy or coaching.<br>But my main issue is with how much it costs. I thought it was a little high for what it is - mostly just questions and prompts. Also, not being able to download my plan after I finish it felt kind of limiting and like they were trying to take advantage of me.

The program is split into 3 parts with quick daily lessons, only about 5 minutes each day. There are support groups if you need extra help. It goes over procrastination, self-reflection, and ways to beat procrastination. Overall, it was a good experience.

This company is a complete scam, preying on vulnerable folks like those with ADHD. Their communication about plan renewals is awful, they're not upfront about pricing or subscription info, and they use shady business tactics. Even when they see that I'm not really using their service, they won't give me a refund. Stay away from this company at all costs.
