    Flight experience review

    My recent flight with your airline was amazing. I had a bad experience with another airline, so I decided to try yours and I'm so glad I did. From check-in to boarding, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The onboard crew really went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable and well taken care of. The snacks and drinks were a nice bonus too. I'm really happy with my flight and I'll definitely be choosing your airline for my future trips. Thanks for such a great experience.

    Connecting flight experience

    Even though I missed my next flight because of a delay, I gotta give it to the airline for really coming through with the hotel and rebooking. Dealing with their compensation claim system was a breeze, and I was pleasantly shocked at how quickly they sorted everything out. Their customer service on Whatsapp was top-notch too - quick and super helpful. Overall, it was a pretty positive experience.

    My recent experience with the airline was really disappointing. They straight up canceled my flight and I had to stay the night in Paris. And get this - even though I should have gotten compensation for the cancellation, Air France is refusing to cough up the cash. As if that wasn't bad enough, they also scrubbed the flight from my reservation so now I can't even try to get compensated again. This whole situation is just not cool. They need to step up their game when it comes to taking responsibility and helping out their customers. I'm super frustrated and let down by this whole ordeal.

    Flight delay causing missed connection

    My experience with this airline was a total letdown. My first flight got delayed, so I ended up missing my connecting flight and had to wait a whole 24 hours for the next one. The compensation they offered was pretty measly - just a 15 euro meal voucher and a crappy hotel room for a few hours. On top of that, the airline staff did a terrible job communicating and offering help, which just made everything even more frustrating.

    This airline is the absolute worst, man! First off, we tried to check in online, but it was a complete mess. When we finally made it to the airport, they had the nerve to tell us we didn't have a seat and put us on standby! That totally screwed up our whole next flight. And to top it off, after we already got our bags checked, some rude dude made us go back and check another bag. I swear, I've never had such a terrible time trying to get on a plane!

    Ticket cancellation without reason

    The airline went ahead and canceled one part of my return flight out of the blue, which totally threw me off. And to make matters worse, it ended up causing me a bunch of stress and extra cash. When I tried to get a refund, they shot me down and said it was because of some handling fee. Can you believe that?

    My most recent trip with this airline was a complete disaster. The people working there were so rude and arrogant from the moment I walked into the airport. They acted like I was bothering them just by being there. And let me tell you, their customer service was terrible. When my flight got delayed, they completely ignored their duties and wouldn't help me out or give me any information. It was a total nightmare.

    Long-haul flight experience

    My experience on that flight was a total letdown, man. I mean, seriously, a 12-hour trip and they couldn't come through with more food and drinks? Just one meal and a tiny breakfast? Come on now. People get hungry, especially during the day, when we're up and moving around. Airlines really need to step up their game and make sure they have enough food and drink for these long flights.

    Flight experience to Paris

    My flight with this airline was a total nightmare. The first flight got delayed over an hour and made us miss our next flight. We had to wait another 6 hours for the next one, and they didn't even say sorry or offer any kind of compensation for the trouble. It's pretty awful to see how little they seem to care about their customers. That was my first and definitely my last time flying with them. I wouldn't tell anyone to fly with this airline.

    Cancelled flights for 15 people

    My group had a really bad experience with this airline. Back in June, they suddenly cancelled our flights for 15 people, which put us in a real bind. We've been trying to get our refunds and compensation totaling over $12k, but the way the airline has been communicating with us is just awful. We have no idea what we need to do next, and it feels like they're just ignoring us. We've lost a bunch of money and it's so irritating to see this level of bad customer service. I'd say steer clear of this airline at all costs.

    My flight with this airline was a total disaster. They couldn't help me when I needed it and then just left me stranded with no explanation. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare - couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone and online help was useless. I'd honestly rather swim back home than fly with them again. This was easily the worst airline experience I've ever had.

    Premium economy flight booking

    My experience with the airline sucked. I booked a premium economy seat but got bumped down to regular economy because of a plane change. I get that things happen, but what really bugged me was not getting any sort of compensation for the downgrade. I paid extra for the better seat and not getting anything in return was a major letdown.

    Flight cancellation compensation

    I wanted to talk about my frustrating experience with the customer service at this airline. My connecting flight was cancelled not too long ago, and I was basically left on my own with no help at all. So, I had to shell out an extra $1300 just to get back home. The lack of support from the airline really got me feeling really irritated and disappointed. I contacted customer service, hoping for them to understand and maybe make up for the inconvenience, but their response fell pretty short of what I was hoping for. It really makes me wonder about how much this airline really cares about its customers, especially us passengers here in Canada.
