Men's dress shoes
My time at Shoe Carnival was honestly not great. The customer service there was really lacking, and I ran into a manager who was pretty rude when I tried to return a pair of men's dress shoes. I told them the shoes weren't comfortable and didn't fit right, but the manager claimed I had messed them up somehow and wouldn't give me a refund or let me exchange them. I left feeling irritated and let down by the way the staff handled the situation.

Long-haul flight experience
My experience on that flight was a total letdown, man. I mean, seriously, a 12-hour trip and they couldn't come through with more food and drinks? Just one meal and a tiny breakfast? Come on now. People get hungry, especially during the day, when we're up and moving around. Airlines really need to step up their game and make sure they have enough food and drink for these long flights.

The plug-in that is supposed to let me use the play button on my keyboard messed up my system, and now I can't even pause regular videos or music from other apps. It's really frustrating and annoying to deal with this problem, especially when all I want is to enjoy my music without any interruptions.

The 19 oz cue stick with an Irish linen wrap that I ordered came in really great shape, just a little over a week after I ordered it. It's just what I needed and works great in my area with low humidity. The only problem now is that my wife is kinda jealous and I might have to get her one too.

I had this really great telehealth visit with the doctor, Dr. Idrees! He was so passionate about my health, I wish all my other doctors were that way. Then I talked with Louie for more questions, and he was amazing too! He really wanted to make sure everything went well for me.
