Deal alert notifications
I've been using this service for a while now, and let me tell you, the deal alerts are a total game-changer. They don't catch every single deal, but I've scored some awesome cheap flights thanks to their notifications. I follow them on social media, and I've found some unbelievable offers that have saved me tons of cash (hello $300 round trip to Amsterdam!). Even though they're not a booking site, their tech is super helpful for comparing prices from different platforms, which is key for planning my vacations.
Good deals
Though not a special agency,but they have good deals, comparatively better rates of flights tickets.
I had to go more then three destinations within 48 hours plus return and deals were 30% off , so as a customer, a good flight service and best rates is always our preference.Researching travel deals
I've been using this site for a while to keep up with travel deals. I really like the blog posts that give me tips on finding the best deals. Once I check out the info here, I usually go ahead and book my flights on a few other sites that have good prices.
Flight reservation complications
The whole reservation process was a total mess. The agent just kept messing up, booking extra hotel rooms we didn't need, and not following through on what they promised. It was impossible to get in touch with the airline or travel agency for help, which made everything even more annoying. It was just a big letdown.
Booking flight, issue with charge and refund
I had a really bad experience booking a flight with this company. I booked a flight from one city to another and had to change the flight time shortly after booking. Even though they told me they hadn't processed my payment yet, they had already charged my card. They said they would use the same confirmation number for the new flight, but ended up charging me for both flights. When I asked for a refund, they kept giving me excuses, saying the refund department was working on it. After waiting for a month, they claimed the flight was marked as a no-show and wouldn't give me a refund. Dealing with this company's customer service was a nightmare, and I won't be booking with them again.
Cheap Flights purchase
I clicked on this website for some Cheap Flights and man oh man, the prices they had were too good to be true! I went ahead and filled in all my deets, but then I got a call from this person with a real thick accent saying the price I saw wasn't gonna cut it, and I had to fork over almost three times as much cash for the same flight. I was not happy, let me tell you. I said no way to their new offer, but now I'm worried about my personal info being safe. It's shady and not right for a company to pull a stunt like that. I won't be using their service ever again, that's for sure.
False advertising on affiliate sites
I got totally sucked in by those fantastic deals I found on Airfarewatchdog and all those other sites they're connected to. I really thought I was scoring an amazing deal on those plane tickets, but turns out it was just the old bait and switch trick. The confirmation pages looked legit, but it was all a show. The customer service folks I talked to seemed pretty shady, some of them had accents that made me wonder where they were really located. The idea that they have my personal info now is freaking me out. I've cancelled all my bookings and won't be messing with them again.
Misleading pricing tactics
My experience with this service has been really disappointing because of their tricky pricing methods. I gave them all my info and "booked" my flight, but then they said they didn't buy the tickets on time so now the cost went up. It seemed like they were trying to trick me, and it made me mad. This has happened to me twice now, and I can't believe it. I don't get why people say good things about this service when in reality, my experiences have been terrible.
