Mediocre experience with NHC Vitamins
I have been using NHC Vitamins for a few months now and overall, I am satisfied with their products. The first thing that caught my attention was the variety of supplements they offer. From probiotics to multivitamins, they have a wide range of options to choose from.
I also appreciate the fact that they provide detailed information about each product on their website. This made it easy for me to find the right supplement for my needs. The ordering process was smooth and my package arrived within a reasonable time frame.

This company is a total scam when it comes to shipping. I ordered my usual food supplement and shelled out extra for fast shipping, only for the package to get held up in Germany because the seller didn't give enough info. Instead of pitching in and giving the needed details, they just told UPS to ditch the package! I tried to get a refund, but they wouldn't work with me and even wanted a health certificate for a basic food supplement. It's crazy! Avoid this sketchy business and spare yourself the stress.

The customer service was a letdown and definitely not what I expected from a company of this reputation.
