Ginseng Complex 1,000mg
I got the Ginseng Complex 1,000mg from this site about 3-4 years back and it was awesome - gave me the energy kick I was looking for. But when I bought it again this year, I was let down big time. I got 6 pieces for me and a buddy, used it daily, and felt no good effects at all. It seems like they changed the formula, maybe to save money. Now it's just a waste of money. It's a bummer to see a product I used to adore not doing the trick anymore.
Its really good and effective
I live alone and carrying out so tight schedule usually effect my immune system and because of that i have hard times. However, i don't really have time to see what i am eating . Few months back I landed on the vitamin world and its one of the vitamin supplements i brought for me.
Black Friday deal
I gotta say, I was super let down by my time at that store. So I bought this Black Friday deal that said buy three get three free, but when I got my order, there were only three items in there. Then I tried reaching out to customer service to sort it out, but all they did was keep giving me the runaround and I still haven't gotten those missing items. I feel totally ripped off and ticked off by how this company is handling things. If I had checked out the reviews first, I definitely would've steered clear. From now on, I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere.
Buy 2 Get 1 Free Vitamins
I ordered these vitamins that had a deal where you buy two and get one free, but when my package arrived, there were only two bottles in there. I gave them a call and even sent some pictures to show what I received, but they insisted that everything was there. To top it off, they never gave me a receipt, packing slip, or any info on the shipping. And believe it or not, they accidentally sent me an email meant for somebody else that talked about expired products. Seems like shady business if you ask me!
International order issue
I've been a loyal customer of this company for years. Had no issues until March 2019, when I ran into a big problem with an international order. Customs needed more info, so they sent it back. I tried contacting Vitamin World from overseas, but their toll-free numbers were a pain. Once I got to the States, I finally talked to someone. They gave me a claim number promising a refund of $131.97 plus shipping. But guess what? I never got the refund. They also never got back to me about the claim. Super disappointed with Vitamin World's lack of follow-up and communication on this.
Expired vitamins
I just bought some vitamins from this company and was pretty disappointed to find out they expire in only three months, even though I got a six-month supply. I tried to get a refund but they wouldn't help me out, so now I'm stuck with stuff that's gonna go bad soon. It's been a real bummer dealing with them and I won't be going back. I suggest looking somewhere else to save yourself from the same headache I went through.
Dietary supplement purchase
I ordered some dietary supplements back in September 2020, and man, it's already January 2021 and I still haven't received my order. I reached out twice before finally getting a response, and let me tell you, it was frustrating. They gave me three different explanations that didn't even make sense. Dealing with this lack of accountability on their end has been a total waste of time and effort. I had to contact my card provider to get my money back. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, pay attention to the negative ones that show you the real deal with this company. I suggest avoiding shopping here altogether if you don't want to deal with the headache of wasting your hard-earned money.
gummy vitamins
I recently got some gummy vitamins that I was really looking forward to trying. However, the customer service was terrible! I reached out three times and never heard back. Plus, when I tried to track my package, it was supposed to arrive by March 31st, but it's already April. I'm so disappointed that I still haven't received my gummy vitamins. It's annoying that they took my money but couldn't deliver. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from them.
Vitamins
I had a really bad time with this store. The delivery was a total disaster. I didn't get any heads up about when it was coming, and when it did show up, it got dropped off at the office instead of my place. I had been waiting forever for my order, only to discover it in the wrong spot. And to top it off, the customer service was awful. They were so careless and didn't offer any help when I told them about the delivery mix-up. It was just a frustrating situation all around, and I won't be shopping at this store again for sure.
Expired products received
I just bought some stuff from this store and I was pretty bummed out to find out that the products were gonna expire real soon, like less than two months left. That's just not cool and it makes me question the quality control of this company. On top of that, the customer service was seriously lacking, which really turned me off. I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again.
