Quick and Easy Banking
Banking with this service has been so easy. I love that it's totally free, which is great for someone like me who's all about saving money. It's awesome that I can also have a joint account in case of emergencies. The best part is the notifications for any transactions happen right away, so I always know what's going on with my money. I also appreciate seeing future payments highlighted so I can plan ahead. Getting a bunch of free ATM withdrawals is a nice extra perk too. My only gripe is that I wish I could talk to a real person when I need help. Plus, there are ongoing issues with paying Spanish taxes using the free account, and that's pretty annoying.

I really like using mobile banking because it's so user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, there are a couple of things that could be better. For example, when I transfer money into a separate space, my main account balance doesn't always update, which can be confusing. It would help if the spaces were more clear cut. Also, the auto-categorization of transactions isn't perfect, especially for recurring payments. It can get annoying having to fix the categories every month, especially when it messes up my budget.

They won't even tell me why they blocked my account, how long it will be blocked, or what I need to do to fix it. They don't care if you need the money for rent, mortgage, or food; they'll just freeze your funds without any explanations. Watch out for this company, they could really mess up your life out of nowhere.

I was really surprised at how quickly I was able to transfer my money and how helpful the people were on the phone when I needed assistance. It was like whoosh, money sent, whoosh, problem solved. Thank you for making my life easier, you're awesome!

I thought the whole online banking account application process was really easy and straightforward. The app is super easy to use, and I love being able to access my account from anywhere, even when I'm out of the country. Even though I might not be the usual age range for online banks, I've been happy with the service for a long time. I've had a way better experience with this online bank than I ever did with a regular bank, and I don't regret switching over at all.
Mobile banking app stability
I really do appreciate all the work you put into making this app, but I've been having some issues with it. It keeps timing out while I'm using it, so I have to keep closing it and opening it again. It's getting pretty annoying, especially when I'm trying to do something important like a transaction or checking my balance. Also, I keep getting error messages like "Oops! I thought the online banking services were pretty good. I liked that my account is active and earns a little interest. But I was bummed that they don't offer an EC card for use in Germany, which makes it hard to get cash from ATMs and vending machines that don't take debit cards. It would be awesome if they could add a credit card option as a new product down the line.
Bank account fees
I just switched to an online bank to try and save some money. But I was pretty bummed when I found out that because I have something on my credit report, I could only get a Flex account that makes me pay €6 every month. And if that wasn't bad enough, I also have to shell out €2 every time I make a withdrawal. I thought about getting a protected account to make sure my monthly income is safe, but even then I'm stuck dealing with these fees. It just doesn't seem fair that someone like me, with a limited income but trying to stay secure, has to keep paying fees while someone with no obvious money issues gets everything for free.
Incompatible with Lexoffice, card canceled but still charged
I've gotta say, my experience with this service has been a major letdown. Can you believe that the lack of compatibility with Lexoffice caused issues with authentication, which led to my card getting charged wrongly? Even after canceling my card, I still haven't seen a refund, so now I have to go talk to a lawyer to get my money back. The customer service has been a complete joke - unhelpful and slow, forcing me to take my business elsewhere next month. I definitely wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone, and if I could, I'd give it zero stars.

This bank just doesn't meet that standard, which creates a lot of stress and hassle for us customers. They really need to step up their game when it comes to helping their clients and providing technical support.

The recharging process is super easy and they clearly outline all the costs. Transfers to your account are quick too. So far, everything's been smooth sailing here in the US, but I haven't had a chance to try it out in other countries yet.

Standard membership and mobile banking
I got the regular membership and I've been using the mobile banking a bunch, especially when I'm traveling. I like how easy it is to use, but I ran into a few problems that could have been fixed better. I reached out to customer service on June 5th, 2024 about an issue that still hasn't been fixed, but I'm hoping they'll take care of it today. Even with this hiccup, I think the whole experience is okay, though there's definitely some areas that could be better.
