My experience with this bank has been a total nightmare. About a month ago, they decided to upgrade accounts, and ever since then, I've been locked out of my account for weeks. It's been impossible trying to reach their customer support - their phone number is useless, chat messages go unanswered, and emails get no response. How can a bank have no way for customers to communicate with them? The lack of transparency about the update process is just not okay, and all their promises that access will be restored "soon" have all been empty. I've even had to file complaints with multiple consumer protection agencies and warn others to stay away from this bank at all costs.
