    Covid 19 Exposure

    So, I ordered some food using this delivery service, and then I came across a review saying they're not being safe with their couriers during the pandemic. That's not cool at all, you know?     My recent delivery order was a nightmare. The food arrived late and was dropped off at the wrong place. When I finally got it, some stuff was missing and others were wrong. The delivery kept getting delayed by over an hour, super annoying. And when I reached out to customer service, they were no help. They said I got too much credit already for their mess-ups, and wouldn't give me anything else. I just wanted my food on time, not all these mistakes and no one taking responsibility.

    Not getting what I ordered

    I really don't appreciate it when they tell me my order is ready when it's not. It's just not cool to lie to customers like that. If they can't fulfill the order, they should just be honest and give my money back immediately. Holding onto the money without fulfilling the order isn't fair. It's crucial to do the right thing and make things right for the customer. Giving a refund right away shows that they care about their customers and their satisfaction.

    I ordered from a food delivery service recently, and while the customer service was decent, I had some issues with their tipping setup. Basically, the app automatically added a $5 tip for a delivery that was just half a mile away, on top of the $5 delivery fee. It didn't sit right with me that I had to tip upfront before getting any service. I was left wondering what the tip was actually based on, especially since the delivery distance was so short. What really got to me was that I had to click through multiple screens and manually enter $0 if I didn't want to tip or if I wasn't sure the tip would actually go to the delivery person. And to top it off, the app reset the tip to $5 on my next order, making me go through the whole tipping process again. In my opinion, it would be better if the food delivery service just paid their delivery folks a proper wage instead of relying so heavily on tips from customers.

    Late delivery and poor communication

    Delivery was an absolute nightmare, I wouldn't suggest using this service to anybody. The company is just awful at handling deliveries and it's a pain for both customers and restaurants. Nobody bothered to let me know about any problems with my order until it was already tardy, which just stressed me out unnecessarily. It's just not right to have to sit around for over an hour waiting for your food with no clue about when it's actually going to arrive.

    Food order mix-up

    I had a problem with my food delivery the other day. The driver brought me the wrong order, and it was already running late by 20 minutes. When I reached out to customer service, all I got was a standard reply that didn't really help me out. Even though I eventually got a refund, I felt like the customer service wasn't very good. My wife had to talk to them a few times before we finally got some credit for the trouble. It was overall a pretty disappointing experience that left me feeling hungry and not too happy.

    Delivery of 4 pizzas

    I ordered 4 pizzas from this service and they arrived stacked on their sides instead of flat, so they were ruined and I couldn't eat them. When I asked for a refund, they told me to upload pictures and wait for the Special Review team, which would take 3 hours. I've contacted customer service multiple times but I'm still waiting for my $80 refund. They keep giving me different answers about when it will be resolved, and after 72 hours, they only offered me a $15 store credit instead of a full refund. I'm really unhappy with this experience and I won't be using their service again.

    I gotta tell ya, I was so disappointed with my recent food order. Supposedly, the delivery guy was just 6 minutes away, but when I reached out to him, he said he already dropped off the food. Can you believe it? Some of the stuff missing was smoked salmon, hickory smoked ribs, crab cakes, and lobster bites. I was charged a whopping $289 for those missing items! When I tried to get a refund from Caviar, they said they couldn't help. So, I ended up deleting the app and from now on, I'll just go pick up my own food. I even had to get my bank involved to try and get my money back.

    Overpriced, inconsistent, and frustrating

    The delivery service I used was honestly a disaster. Their website was always wrong, leading me to try ordering from restaurants that were actually closed. One time, I called a place that didn't exist at all - the number they had listed belonged to some random girl! And their website had so many issues that I accidentally placed the same order twice more than once. Their refund policy was a joke too - they only wanted to give me back part of what I paid for their mistakes. It took way too many irritating situations for me to realize I had to make a scene to get all my money back. I'm done with all this nonsense and I'll just call restaurants myself from now on.

    I ordered from that food delivery spot and it was a complete mess. Their customer service is just awful, like really awful. They never bothered to address my complaints, and I didn't even get a refund despite not receiving my order. It feels like they couldn't care less about their customers. I definitely won't be giving them my business again, that's for certain.

It's annoying dealing with all this when all I want is my food brought to me. With how often they mess up, it's tough for me to trust them for my future orders.

    I went to this one spot and it was a complete mess. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and avoid it. I ordered something but then needed to change it, and let me tell you, their customer service is non-existent. I tried reaching out a bunch of times with no luck. And then, out of nowhere, they sent out my order without giving me a chance to fix it. It's ridiculous, honestly.
