I had such a terrible experience with this company when they tried to deliver my package. The delivery person barely even tried to deliver it correctly - they just rang my bell and left without waiting for me to come to the door. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but never got a response. So frustrating! They never sent my package again, and now I'm out $40. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank just to try to get my money back. Such a nightmare!
