Even though I got a wrong tracking number at first, Ehsan from Transformer Table really came through for me. He explained that the link and number I got were messed up because of the holiday closing down the shipping department. He promised to check on it and get back to me by the end of the week. If it wasn't for his help and explanation, I would have been super annoyed not knowing when to take a day off for the delivery. The Zen desk was okay, but Ehsan's personal assistance really turned things around for me as a customer.

Product Quality and Cartridge Indicator
I've been a loyal customer ever since I came across your product, and let me tell you, I absolutely love the quality of it. The flavor options are awesome, and having flavored water ready to go is so handy. But, I do think it would be nice if there was some kind of indicator to let me know when it's time to change the cartridge. It would be really helpful to have a clear signal instead of having to guess based on taste. Still, I'm going to keep on buying your product because it's seriously that amazing.

I wouldn't trust their returns policy, they're giving me the runaround. The booking process went pretty smoothly, but I ran into a big problem with the hostel I stayed at. In the fine print, it said guests couldn't access their rooms from 11 AM to 4 PM, which wasn't mentioned before I booked. It was really annoying, especially considering how much I paid for my stay in Paris during the Olympics.
