A Positive Experience with Allposters.com
I have been a customer of Allposters.com for several years now, and I have always had a positive experience with the company. The website is easy to navigate and I am able to find exactly what I am looking for. The selection of posters is extensive, and the quality of the prints is always excellent. I have ordered multiple posters and they have always arrived in perfect condition. The prices are also very reasonable, and I have been able to find great deals on multiple occasions. Framed photo purchase
Even though I saw some bad reviews, I decided to go for it and buy a framed photo. And you know what? It all went really well – I ended up super happy with my purchase. The photo got to me fast, in perfect shape. The framing was top-notch, totally lifted the whole look of the image. And the customer service was amazing. They reached out to me before, during, and after shipping to make sure I was happy. It was a nice surprise to get that kind of personal attention and made me feel like they really cared about me. Overall, I'm really impressed with the product quality and the service they provided.
Poster print purchase
I'm a new customer, and I just bought a poster print from this company. So, I ran into some problems with the courier service, DPD, and my goods never got delivered. But, I gotta give a shoutout to the customer support team at this company - they were incredibly helpful. Recent poster order
I recently ordered some posters and man, it was a total headache from the get-go. I placed my order nearly two weeks ago and I haven't heard a peep about when they'll even be shipped out. And wouldn't you know it, my credit card got charged right away. Finally, when the posters did show up, I was really let down. Two of them were messed up - one had wonky borders and the other one chopped part of the actor's name off. You could tell they didn't bother to check for quality control at all.
Arrived damaged print
I bought a print from this company and it came in all messed up. So, I contacted their customer service to ask for a new one or my money back, and they were no help at all. They basically blamed me for not noticing the damage right away. I felt really annoyed and let down by how little they seemed to care. I definitely wouldn't suggest getting anything from them.

Posters are great! I ordered from them twice, a few months apart, and both times were awesome. The prints I got were amazing, super happy with how they turned out. And the customer service was top-notch, they were so helpful the whole time. What really impressed me was how quickly my orders arrived, way sooner than I expected. I'm really happy with what I got and will definitely order from them again. Definitely recommend checking them out!
Poster arrived in good time for Christmas
I was kinda on the fence about getting a poster from here because of some mixed reviews, but I decided to take a chance. I ended up buying the poster in late November as a Christmas gift, and I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up on time and was packaged well. The quality of the poster was solid, and the price was better than other places I had looked at. In the end, I was happy with my purchase.
Wall decals purchased on sale with $2 shipping
After seeing some bad reviews, I was a bit unsure, but I still went ahead and bought some wall decals that were on sale. The ordering part was easy peasy, and I was shocked at how cheap the shipping was - just 2 bucks! Even with all the madness going on from the virus, my order got to me super quick, in just a week, and the decals were flawless. So yeah, I'm happy as a clam with my purchase.
Large art order
I just bought some big art prints from this online store and they are really nice. They have a lot of different pictures to pick from and the paper they used is really good quality. I couldn't find the size I wanted at another popular art store, but I lucked out with this one. I like to switch up my art a lot, so it's important for me to have a big selection to choose from.
$120 order
I was pretty bummed out when I got an empty cardboard box instead of my $120 order, but the customer service folks were super helpful and sent me a replacement right away. The posters I got were really nice, but just be careful when you're placing your order.
Misleading website, slow shipping, hidden fees
I was really let down by the service from this online poster store. I bought something from a site ending in .no, thinking it was based in Norway, only to discover later that the posters weren't coming from there like I thought. The site promised to ship the posters in 2-3 days, but that didn't happen.

Awesome poster purchase
I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews! Every time I order, I have a great experience. The tracking is fast and my 7 posters got here really quickly. They look awesome, especially the big ones from the 1920s! And the prices are unbeatable - I snagged a huge poster for only 3 bucks!
Poster
I'm really disappointed with the poster company I bought from. I paid extra for fast shipping, but my poster arrived way later than they said it would. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare too - they didn't seem to know what was going on. The company needs to be more upfront about how long shipping really takes. I wouldn't suggest anyone buy from them after my experience.
Online basket, missed out on discounts
I was really excited about filling up my online cart on this website and even saved it for later. But then, I received an email saying I could get 60% off everything, which was way better than the 50% off I originally had in my cart. I was so pumped to go back and add more stuff to my order to score that amazing discount. But then, I found out they could only adjust the price after I had already placed the order. Like, how does that even make sense? So, I ended up not making the purchase at all and missed out on the extra savings. I was feeling so disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation.
Big order mistake
I ordered a bunch of stuff and they told me it was gonna be one price with shipping, but then they tacked on extra fees at the end! And to top it off, they split up my order into three shipments and charged me extra for every one. I'd suggest going to Aliexpress instead, it's more affordable and they don't sneak in any extra costs.
Black & white photo print
I just bought a black and white photo print, thinking it was just a regular paper print. But it ended up being a really high-quality photograph that totally surprised me. It looks fantastic in my bathroom and really brings a classy vibe to the room.
Multiple poster prints
I just bought some poster prints from this website, but I gotta say I was let down by the whole process. It took way longer than I thought to get my stuff after ordering. And then to top it off, I found out that some of the prints I wanted got canceled because they were out of stock. It's really annoying when there's no clear communication or proper inventory management. I won't be coming back to this site to buy anything again.
