High-end clothing purchase
I was really bummed out by the high-end clothes I bought from that store recently. They weren't as great as I thought they'd be, considering how much I spent. The store itself had a cool vibe, but the customer service was kind of lacking in friendliness and attention. Honestly, I felt like I was paying way too much for what I was getting, and the delivery took forever with no updates.
Misleading Shoe Purchase
I bought a pair of shoes from this company recently, and the whole thing was a huge letdown. When I got my order, I saw right away that the shoes in the box were totally different from what I wanted. So, I went to the official site to talk to customer service and try to fix the mistake. But, the person I talked to, Laurene, didn't really seem to care. She just told me to go to a store to deal with it. The lack of concern for customers was pretty clear and it was really disappointing. Laurene, maybe you should think about a different job if you can't handle working in customer service with the right skills and empathy.
Triple S purchase
I recently bought a pair of those Triple S sneakers from your store and man, was I let down. The quality was seriously lacking, they started falling apart after just a couple wears. And when I tried to get some help fixing or swapping them, the customer service was straight up useless and brush-off. It was a total bummer and really disappointing, especially since your brand has such a good rep.
Overpriced trendy clothes
This company is absolutely terrible. Their prices are so high and their marketing tactics are just awful. The way they sexualize kids in their ads is just so disturbing. It's really gross and something needs to be done about it.
