Comfortable and versatile shoes
I wasn't sure about buying these shoes at first, but once I tried them on at a party, I was totally sold. This brand's shoes are so comfy and can be worn for all kinds of occasions. I just bought some shoes from this store and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything went down. They arrived quickly and were packed up nice and tight. I was freaking out after reading the reviews, but I went ahead and got myself two pairs of shoes. They both arrived on time and in great shape. I got a wide pair of Sketchers and some leather sandals, and both are so amazing. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!

Overpriced shoes
I'm really disappointed with the shoes I bought recently. They looked totally different from the pictures online - they seemed really cheap and were squashed when they arrived, no box or anything. And to top it off, I paid 80 euros for them and felt completely disappointed. When I tried to return them, I had to pay an extra 20€ for shipping and never got my refund. I won't be buying from this company again, that's for sure.
Non-receipt of item, tracking issues, refund problems
I had a really bad time with my recent purchase because I never got what I ordered. At first, they gave me a fake tracking number that said my sneakers were delivered, but I never got them. When I checked with the post office, they told me the tracking number was no good. They gave me a new tracking number, but it was for someone in a different city. It got even worse when they said I'd get a refund, but I only got a little bit of the money back. I feel like I got scammed, so be careful if you shop on this site. I'm not buying anything from them ever again.
Online purchase experience
The stuff I got was gross, and the customer service was terrible. The sizes were totally wrong, and they sent me the wrong thing altogether. When I asked for a refund, they said no way. They only offered store credit or to trade for something else, but they don't have my size. Plus, I had to pay for shipping to the US! It's insane. Avoid this place like the plague!

As a customer, I was initially attracted to the unique style of the products at the store. But man, let me tell you, my excitement quickly faded when I had to wait over a month for my order. My online order never showed up, even though it said it was delivered. I contacted customer service for help, and all they suggested was for me to ask my neighbors if they got it. That's just not right, it feels like a scam. I expect better service and for the company to take responsibility.
Tailored jeans suit
I bought a custom-made jeans suit from this company recently, and man, was I let down by the quality. The suit I got was way smaller than what I ordered, plus it showed up with damage and no buttonholes. When I tried to return it because of all the issues, they told me I had to foot the bill for shipping, which was crazy expensive since it was coming all the way from Italy to the US. The customer service didn't do much to help me out, and I felt like they were just trying to take advantage of me. To top it off, the refund I got back was way less than what I paid for the suit. Overall, my experience with this company was a major letdown, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for quality clothes.
Shoes delayed
I ordered some shoes and man, I had to wait a whole 7 weeks for them! They promised to send them again, but then they hit me with the news that they were all out of stock. That's frustrating, right? So, I had to reorder and on top of that, they expected me to cough up extra cash for express delivery. Can you believe that? I did get a refund, but let me tell you, I'm never going back to them.

This website is such a scam! The clothes I ordered were such poor quality and didn't even fit properly. I tried reaching out for assistance, but they totally ghosted me. If you're thinking about buying from them, better use a credit card so you can dispute the charge if needed.

I bought some awesome pants and a bag from this store, but I still haven't received them. I reached out to their customer service via email, but I haven't heard back from them. If they continue to ignore me, I might have to contact my bank about it.
Online shopping experience
My shopping experience from this website was a total letdown. Even though the website seemed nice and reliable, the customer service was seriously lacking. I ordered some stuff and then realized I messed up, so I tried to cancel within 24 hours like they said. But I couldn't find an option to cancel and no one answered my emails. It was so frustrating not getting any help, and it made me really unhappy with how the whole shopping thing went down. I wouldn't suggest this website to anyone.
