    Bondage dresses, great quality

    The dresses from this place are seriously amazing! I've gotten a few things, but the bondage dresses really caught my eye. The material is so thick and keeps everything in place. I had a little trouble returning one item, but they fixed it in the end. Overall, I would totally shop here again because the quality is just fantastic.

    Bella Barnet reached out for a collaboration but treats colored creators unfairly.

    I just want to let any colored female creators or creators who do not fit the beauty standard know that Bella Barnet will give you no pay and fewer benefits in working with them but will pay their white creators who fit the beauty standard even if their stats and profile are smaller. They will reach out saying they will pay you in the future but this is just to get a couple of posts insinuating you need to prove yourself even if your stats and profile already do prove your worth. If you look at their page most of the creators they work with fit a certain beauty standard. They approached me to do a gifted collaboration for two pieces of clothing valued under $150 and I needed to do two infeed posts while approaching white creators I personally know offering them 300 USD and outfits at any value. When querying why this was the case, they mentioned my engagement rate has to be over 3.5% to be considered for paid partnerships, and mentioned that their software tool shows my statistics are only 1.95%. I sent them several softwares links available online and screenshots of insights showing that my engagement rate on IG was between 5 - 8% and my Tik Tok average interactions were 2.8k in the last 30 days when I have 40k followers. I also backed up my email with female stats percentage, the percentage of countries they are available in and my media kit included recent brand and media coverage. The people who got paid and extra perks had smaller profiles and stats. Despite giving proof and evidence and comparing stats they would not budge or address the situation. I also asked them what software are they using and requested that I would like consideration to be paid otherwise I'd like to cancel the collaboration if I'm being undercut compared to my white counterparts. And in return, they sent two lines back saying 'Thanks for talking a lot, we cannot pay and kindly return the items.' Looks like they are 100% undercutting colored creators and when confronted ignore the requests, the communication from their account manager Tina was very dismissive and rude as well telling me she's too busy and thinking that they discriminate is their personal opinion. As a consumer, I have purchased a dress from here before but now that I know how they treat colored creatives I definitely won't be purchasing from them again.

    i ordeered a dress, its too smal and actually have to email this company and ASK for PERMISSION to send it. Then wait for it, their team will review my request for return and if granted they charge $9.99 for a return label. Then send them a tracking number of a label they created and sent to you, if you dont they will refuse your return and make you pay any additional fees! This company will try anytging NOT to return your hard earned cash! They might as well said all sales final because they aint giving your money back. i recived the dress yesterday, emailed customer service within an hiur of receiving it because itwas too small, This morning i received an email to request a refund, fill out the appropriate information now this company is telling me to their team is reviewing and if they APPROVE my return request then i will get an email with label. NOW i sit and wait! Really this is definitly going to be reported to the attirney general. Unbelievable what some companies ger away with!

    Purchased 3 Dresses

    I orderded 3 dresses all in a size Large. None of them fit, I couldn't even begin to zip them. My neice who is 30lbs smaller than me and wears a size 4 (US) could only fit one of them and that was barely. The quality of the items are nice, especially for the price, but it doesn't matter if they are unwearable. I suggest if you are any large than a US size 4, order a size L. Any larger will not work with this company. You cannot weigh more than 140lbs to even fit a large size. Returning was too much of a hassle so I'm stuck with 2 of them. At least my neice can wear one.

    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in the customer service I have received from your company. Recently, I ordered five items from your website with a total value of $300. Unfortunately, I received all the items in size small, which is my regular size but all of the dresses was so small it could fit my 9 year old daughter who is 80 pounds.

    Since then, I have been trying to initiate an exchange with your company to obtain the correct size, which is a medium but your customer service is tell me I would owe you a difference of $50 for the same exact item that I paid for in full. However, the process has been incredibly frustrating and unproductive. I have been going back-and-forth with your customer service team for 15 days now, and I still have not been able to get anything accomplished.

    The lack of responsiveness and assistance I have experienced from your customer service team is unacceptable. I never expected to be treated in such a manner. It is extremely disappointing to me that a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction has failed so spectacularly in this instance.

    I am asking for exactly what I paid for. I’m not asking for a handout. This is absolutely unacceptable.

    I urge you to take swift action to rectify this situation and provide me with the necessary support to complete the exchange process promptly. I hope to receive a prompt response from your team and a resolution to this issue that is satisfactory.

    Returned two dresses

    This company is asking for my tacking number. I guess if I say I don’t have one they will say my package is lost. I have never had anyone ask me for my tracking number. I sent everything back step by step and did not proceed until after I sent screenshots of the items I wanted to return. I have 18 emails total back and forth. The last one is me sending them a picture of my receipt showing I sent the package back. I did not give them my tracking number. My package has a return label on it and it has not gone back to me. I think they have it and want to keep my money. I have never had any issues with getting a refund for any other company. This is insane.

    Off the shoulder dress

    Long story delivery timeframe is the worse . Order your item at least 2 months early. I was so afraid that i wasnt going to get my dress in time and that material was gojng to be horrible but thr material great. Oh ans the color was super not the same. But my dress by far was a hit I WILL OREDER AGAIN
