Fixed shipment issue
I had a little issue with my first shipment getting delayed or lost, but let me tell you, the customer service at this place is amazing. I reached out to them and in just one day, they got back to me with options for a refund, store credit, or resending the order. I chose to have it resent, and they didn't waste any time getting that taken care of. I got an email about the new shipment the very next day. I have to say, I was really impressed with how quickly they dealt with the problem. I was so happy with their help that I told my friend about them, and they made some orders too and had a great experience. It's always nice to find a company that knows how to treat their customers right. I'll definitely be sharing the good news about them.
New knife
I finally got my new knife after waiting forever for it to arrive, and when I opened the package, it wasn't what I was expecting at all. It looked like it might have been broken or messed up. I was pretty disappointed until Kimberly stepped in and helped me out. She definitely deserves a raise! Thanks a bunch, Blade HQ!
