I just got a new mattress from this company and I gotta say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. I've ordered mattresses online in the past, but this was my first time buying from this company. The whole ordering process was super easy, they had a great selection that was easy to browse through, and to top it off, my order showed up earlier than I thought it would - totally caught me off guard in a good way. Dog bed purchase
I recently bought a dog bed from this company and man, was I let down. I did my homework and everything, but what we got was just a sad, limp sack. All bunched up in the middle and flattened on one end, no amount of fluffing or airing it out made a difference. Even after a few washes, the filling stayed sad and deflated, so basically we had two pieces of fabric with no cushion in between. When I tried to contact the company and sent them pics, all I got was excuses and they flat out refused to let us return it. The lack of customer service and quality control is pretty frustrating, leaving me with a worthless product and less money in my wallet.
Fluffy dog bed
I am really disappointed in this dog bed I bought. The ads and marketing made it sound like it was a great bed, but it's not. It's too fluffy and not good for hot weather like they said. My dog doesn't even like it and prefers cooler places to sleep. The padding is all messed up and my dog sinks into it. Plus, it doesn't even fit in my washing machine like they said it would. And returning it is a hassle with no clear refund policy. I should have just saved my money and bought a better, cheaper bed from Kmart.

Brooklyn Signature Hybrid mattress
I just got the Brooklyn Signature Hybrid mattress and I'm so happy with it. The customer service was awesome - they really helped me out when I called with questions about delivery. The mattress arrived really fast and I'm loving it. It's super comfy and doesn't have that strong chemical smell like my old IKEA mattress. I've been sleeping like a baby since I started using it.

I bought a mattress from this company that was supposed to be medium-firm, but it ended up being way softer than I thought. I bought a mattress from this company recently, and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with it. The mattress doesn't look anything like the pictures they have on their website. The colors are all wrong - the dark grey looks like navy blue, and the light grey looks silver, and both have this weird shiny look. The fabric seems really thin and there are a lot of spots where it's bare. The stuffing inside the mattress feels cheap and low-quality. I think the price they're asking for is way too much considering the poor quality and workmanship. I suggest looking somewhere else for a better mattress that gives you more value for your money - maybe check out the bigger beds at Costco for a much better deal.

I bought a pillow from this brand not too long ago, but turns out I didn't actually need it. I tried to get in touch with their customer service through email, Twitter, and even voicemail a bunch of times to ask for a refund, but didn't hear anything back. It was really frustrating and disappointing to be completely ignored like that. So now I'm just stuck with a $100 pillow that's still in its original packaging and totally useless to me.

I recently got this dog bed for my 70-pound Lab, and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. My dog managed to flatten it to the floor pretty quickly. And get this - you can't even return it if your dog lays on it to test it out! Like, seriously, what's up with that? The quality is awful, the warranty is basically useless, and the company has lost all my respect. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother buying this bed. It's not worth your money or time.

Why would I want another cheap bed from them? And to make things worse, they only show positive reviews on their site, so you can't even rely on what's there. I'd steer clear of this disaster.
