As a client of CamelBak, I have had an outstanding experience with their products and customer service. The quality of their hydration systems is unmatched, and I have never had any issues with leaks or durability. The variety of sizes and designs available makes it easy to find the perfect fit for any outdoor activity. I especially love the convenience of being able to drink hands-free while hiking or biking.

I reached out to the company to ask about getting some spare parts for my old military thermobak. Turns out, they didn't have the specific cap seal I was looking for, but they offered to give me a brand new replacement thermobak instead. Ophélie was super helpful and provided top-notch customer service. I've been a longtime customer of this company and have always been happy with both their products and the way they take care of their customers.
Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Water Bottle
I just got this stainless steel vacuum insulated water bottle, and it's seriously amazing. It keeps my drinks cold for hours, plus it's really tough and looks great. I love the navy color, and it's the perfect size to carry with me all day long. I've taken it to work, to the gym, and on hikes, and it's never disappointed me. It was definitely worth the money!
Dirty water bottle teat
I reached out to customer service about the dirty spout on my water bottle. At first, they kind of pushed back, but once I brought up Legionnaire's disease, they quickly transferred me to the international warranty team. Zyrofisher and Ophélie helped me get two new spouts, and the service was top-notch. I really appreciate how quickly they handled everything.
Water bottle purchase
I got this water bottle from a company not long ago, but I never got it in the mail. I contacted their customer service to find out what happened, and they said my package was lost. They promised to send a replacement, but I never got that either. Dealing with this brand has been a real letdown and super frustrating.
Stainless Steel Water Bottle
I've been a loyal customer of your brand for more than a year now. I used to use and suggest the plastic Eddy bottles, but my recent purchase of the stainless steel water bottle didn't meet my expectations. Even though the design is cool and strong, I noticed that the valve adds some air to the water when I drink, making me burp in an uncomfortable way. Besides that, the bottle is pretty heavy compared to the plastic ones I've had before.
Running rucksack lasting 12 years
I bought this running backpack back in '08 when I was training for a marathon, and I've been using it practically every day since then. It's held up like a champ and easily one of the best sport accessories I've ever bought.
Damaged flask
I ordered a flask as a Christmas gift, but it arrived damaged with a chipped and peeling logo. I emailed customer service right away, sent pictures, and I've sent multiple emails but still no response. I asked for a refund and return postage because the item is damaged, but haven't gotten a resolution yet. I'm really disappointed with their customer service and won't be buying from them again.
Hydration backpack for mountain biking
I recently bought a hydration backpack for mountain biking last May to replace my old one that had been with me for twenty years. The new backpack design was pretty cool, with better storage options and a larger bladder capacity. But, I was bummed out when I realized the harness wasn't as tough as my old one, and the detachable waist strap just seemed pointless.
And then, after a little tumble, the flimsy material holding the waist strap came apart, making the whole pack useless. I reached out to customer service, sent photos of the damage and my receipt, and all I got was a dismissive response telling me to go back to where I bought it. Turns out, the warranty didn't cover the damage, so now I'm stuck with a practically brand-new pack that I can't even use.Stainless steel water bottle
I bought a stainless steel water bottle recently and sadly, it hasn't been a good experience. I used it a few times and noticed there was a hole at the bottom that messed up the seal between the layers. This caused mold and rust to grow inside, making the bottle unusable. Even though it was under warranty, the company just kept giving me a new bottle that was also messed up, leading to multiple replacements and long waits each time. Their customer service wasn't great either, with long wait times and no real effort to give me a refund or a working bottle. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with both the product and the service I received.
Slow delivery experience
I recently bought something on their website and man, the delivery was so slow! It's been over two weeks and I still haven't received my order. I suggest going with a local supplier instead of dealing with them directly if you want your stuff in a reasonable amount of time.
Water bottle with lifetime guarantee
As a customer, I was really excited about the lifetime guarantee that came with the water bottle I bought. But, it turns out, you're only covered if you buy it straight from the brand. The store where I got it didn't mention this important detail. I'm pretty bummed and annoyed by this lack of transparency. I thought a reputable company like them would communicate better and take responsibility.
Faulty warranty issue
I want to share with you all that I had a problem with a bottle I bought that was supposed to be covered by the "lifetime guarantee." I tried to get help from customer service, but honestly, they were no help at all. The people I talked to were really rude and didn't give me any assistance, which just left me feeling frustrated and let down by the lack of support. It's really discouraging to come across such lousy customer service, especially when you expect a product to have a solid warranty like they advertised.
Stainless steel tumbler
I got this stainless steel tumbler from this company, and man, it was such a letdown. I only used it for coffee a couple of times, and it was already falling apart. The stainless steel turned all see-through, and I even got burn marks on the bottom. I tried cleaning it, but it just ended up with weird rainbow colors. I tried contacting customer service for a refund or a new one a while ago, but I haven't heard anything back. It's annoying to see companies like this care more about money than making sure their customers are happy.
Water bottle lid replacement
I just got a new lid for my water bottle because the valve was all worn out from using it so much. But man, was I bummed out when I found out I had to get a whole new lid instead of just the valve, and it was way more expensive than I expected, especially since the bottle itself wasn't that pricey. Now I'm second-guessing the quality and worth of stuff from this brand.
Overpriced and faulty water bottle
I bought a water bottle from this company and after just a month, the seam started to come apart. Even though they claim to have a lifetime guarantee for manufacturing defects, they turned down my request for a new lid. I'm really let down by the quality and customer service. I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
