I loved it
I bought the sweater from here which was on sale, however, the price i paid was not that different as compared to other nonsale items but yeah anyway I bought this maroon colour sweater and it is one of the best colours i have in my wardrobe.
Its just the way i wanted! perfect in colour and everything is on point

I just bought a cashmere sweater from this boutique, and I have to say, I was really impressed with how nice it was! The material was super luxurious and soft, which was exactly what I wanted. Ordering it was a breeze and it arrived pretty quickly. The customer service was top-notch too - the staff was really helpful and knew their stuff when I had questions. All in all, I had a great shopping experience at this boutique.
Cashmere sweater
I just bought a cashmere sweater from this company and I have to say, I was really let down. The quality was terrible, the stitching was falling apart, and the sizing was totally off. I tried contacting customer service to fix the problem, but they were rude and not helpful at all. I definitely wouldn't suggest purchasing anything from this company.
Baby blanket gift
I can't believe what happened! Ordered a baby blanket as a gift, and they just left it on the recipient's doorstep in the city. No way! They never got it, someone stole it. And to top it off, the company didn't even insure, replace, or refund me. Crazy, right?
Cashmere sweater
I recently bought a cashmere sweater from this boutique, but sadly, what I got didn't look like the picture online. So, I reached out to customer service and talked to Kathleen in hopes of fixing the problem. But my time with her was not great. She needed a bunch of my info because of policy, but couldn't actually help me return the item. Instead, she told me to check the website for directions on canceling a back order. It wasn't until I got frustrated that she finally found the right listing and helped me out. During our chat, she was unprofessional and complained about having to dig deeper. I'm bummed about the poor customer service I got - not efficient or high quality at all.
Grey sweater
So, I bought this super cozy gray sweater from a website, and let me tell you, I was so disappointed. The customer service was terrible - I mean, what's the point of having customer service if they're just gonna ignore you or straight-up lie to your face? I had a question about the size, and it took them like 6 whole minutes to get back to me. I was like, come on, I need answers now! And then, when I finally decided to order the sweater, they first said I could get a refund or exchange, but later on, they said I could only get store credit. Like, seriously, what's that all about? And let's not even talk about the sizing. The website said the model had a 23'' waist and was wearing a Medium, but let's be real, who has a 23'' waist and fits into a Medium? They just told me to size up, which was absolutely no help at all.
Luxury cashmere sweater
The cashmere sweater I bought was seriously awful. It didn't look anything like the pictures online and felt super cheap. Trying to return it was a nightmare - they made it so difficult. I had to get my credit card company involved to finally solve the issue. Definitely steer clear of this place!
Pink shawl purchase
I bought this pink shawl from a store, thinking it would make a nice gift. But man, that thing bled all over my fancy $400 dress and totally wrecked it. The store gave me a refund for the crappy shawl, but I was still pretty upset and annoyed about the ruined dress and all the trouble it caused.
Roll neck cashmere purchase
I just got this roll neck cashmere sweater from the store because it was on sale, but I was pretty bummed out by how it turned out. The quality was not great - the cashmere felt thin and kind of cheap. It seemed like they tried to make it look thicker than it really was by fluffing it up during manufacturing. Just by looking at it, I could tell it would probably pill after just a few wears.
