Gucci bag purchase
I got my Gucci bag really fast with DHL and it came in the original green box which was a nice touch. The discount code I found made the price way better than most other online shops. The bag is so stunning and I'm really happy with my buy. Thanks!
Cute shirt
I found the cutest shirt at this store, it's seriously my new favorite. The workers were really nice and helped me pick out the perfect size. The store was so clean and fancy, it felt like I was in a movie or something. I'm really excited to go back and shop there again!
Handbag purchase
Oh my gosh, I bought this really cute handbag for $200, and they didn't give me a tracking number! I couldn't even log into my account to check on it. I tried sending them an email, but they didn't reply. When I called, they said they didn't receive the payment through PayPal, even though my account was charged. Now I'm just waiting around for a refund. Ugh!
Late delivery, no communication
I had a really bad time trying to get in touch with anyone at that place. I sent them a bunch of emails asking about my order and never got a response. To make matters worse, when I checked my account, I didn't see any record of my purchase. Luckily, my order did finally show up after a whole 7 days, but it was super annoying not knowing what was going on. The product itself was pretty good, so I gave it an okay rating for quality and price. But man, their customer service was terrible - they need to work on that before I can give them a better rating.
