I just bought some Max Mara sweaters from the store and I gotta say, I'm pretty darn impressed with the whole thing. The customer service was super quick to respond and really helpful with all my questions. And the delivery? It arrived way faster than I expected, all the way from Italy to Thailand. The sweaters got to my door in just a few days and they were packed up real nice so they were in perfect condition. All in all, I'm really happy with my buy and the store's service.
Beautiful Bag
I was kinda unsure about buying from this online store since I hadn't tried it before, but I'm really glad I did. I got this amazing bag and it came way before Christmas. They even gave me tracking info so I could keep an eye on my package. Plus, the packaging was super nice. I scored a great deal on the bag, and I'll definitely be shopping here again. Late delivery, no communication
I had a really bad time trying to get in touch with anyone at that place. I sent them a bunch of emails asking about my order and never got a response. To make matters worse, when I checked my account, I didn't see any record of my purchase. Luckily, my order did finally show up after a whole 7 days, but it was super annoying not knowing what was going on. The product itself was pretty good, so I gave it an okay rating for quality and price. But man, their customer service was terrible - they need to work on that before I can give them a better rating.
