    Toiletry bag and pack-it folder

    I had such a great experience with the customer service here that I just had to share. About ten years back, I decided to buy a toiletry bag and a pack-it folder from this company. And let me tell you, these items have held up like champs over the years. Recently, I had a little hiccup with the pack-it folder when I lost the plastic board. Even though it had been a while since I bought the items, the customer service team really came through for me. They found a replacement board and sent it to me for free. Their dedication and care for their customers really blew me away. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond to help me out.

    Repair of luggage cart

    I just got my luggage cart fixed at this place and let me tell you, I was super impressed with the service I got. The person who fixed it did a great job swapping out the wheels and carefully patching up a tear in the back of the cart. You can tell they really care about what they do and pay attention to all the little details. I was so happy with how it turned out that I even bought two more carts to give as presents to my nieces. All in all, I'm really happy with the work they did and the customer service was top-notch. I definitely recommend their repair services to anyone who needs their luggage fixed up.

    My colleague recommend me this website and i am actually very happy with the purchase. I bought TARMEC XE 2 wheel carry-on bag, its a really good in quality and i am using it for seven months now. i had to travel for my company's work and ist perfect to carry basic items and keep it miniliztic.

    The space is really good, also its durable and easy to carry. the investment i did was good too, its not every pricey but it can be little lower than what it is , so yeah overall its a really good purchase.

    Rest of the services was good and i highly recommended to try this website

    Wheeled backpack

    I just bought this really cool wheeled backpack that cost me a pretty penny, but man, it looks so sturdy! I'm thinking of taking it with me on my big trip around the world next year, so I'm really hoping it lives up to all the hype. I just wish it had some waterproof coating, that would've been a nice touch. But all in all, I can't wait to see how this bad boy holds up!

    Lifetime warranty issue

    I had this one suitcase that I bought like 7 years back. It was supposed to have this super amazing "No Matter What" Lifetime warranty, which made me feel all good about it. But when something major went wrong with it and I tried to use the warranty, turns out the Israeli dealer only offered a limited warranty. So, if I wanted to fix the issue, I had to send the suitcase to the service center.

    Warranty experience

    Recently, I had a really frustrating experience with this popular luggage company's warranty service. I travel a lot, so I need luggage that can take a beating. Two of my bags from this company had wheel issues, so I figured their warranty would have my back. But man, was I wrong. The wait times were long, and they weren't willing to work with me on fixing the problem. I tried reaching out for help, but all I got were empty promises and excuses. It's pretty obvious that their warranty is just a front to get people to buy their stuff, with no real support for us frequent travelers. I'm definitely shopping for luggage somewhere else from now on.

    Cargo Hauler 130

    This bag was a total letdown. They said it was extra strong at the weak spots, but I found two holes in the bottom after just one trip overseas. The material is so flimsy, it can't handle the smallest scuff without ripping. Dealing with customer service for the 'No Matter What' warranty was a total nightmare. I had to shell out extra cash to ship it for repairs, and then wait forever - almost 4 months - for any kind of fix.

    Return label assistance

    The customer service from this company has been so frustrating. I've tried four times to get a return label and haven't gotten any help yet. It seems like they're trying to delay me on purpose so I go past the 30-day return window. I'm really disappointed in how inefficient and uncommunicative their team has been. The service I've gotten is just not OK and it doesn't make the company look good. I'd warn others to be careful when they need help from their customer service.

    EAGLE CREEK LUGGAGE 2 FULL SETS

    BUYER BEWARE: When purchasing suitcases from Eagle Creek that come with a full life time warranties, please be aware that you as the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to the manufacture for repair. We just incurred such a cost to have a suitcase posts repaired on the bottom that was broken by the airlines. Shipment to have this repaired cost over $100.00 to ship UPS from Medford Oregon to repair shop in Portland, Oregon. And an additional FYI, luggage was lost/misplaced by repair company for over two months. Eagle Creek customer support was contacted regarding such and outrageous shipping costs but would not help or assist with shipping costs. Not pleased at this point with Eagle Creek support or customer service. However, great luggage!
