Custom art print, 30x37", extra laminated finish, professional staff oversight
I just bought a custom art print from this company. I went for a 30x37" size with an extra laminated finish and had the professional staff oversee it. The print was a detailed painting that I had taken a photo of and edited in Photoshop. I added some tiny text in Adobe Illustrator and saved it in the sRGB color format. Even though it was a bit pricey at $120, including shipping, I was really happy with how the final product turned out. The colors and details matched the original painting perfectly, and it exceeded my expectations. One tip for anyone thinking of doing the same is to consider the limitations of printing small text in photos, as it can end up looking pixelated. It's important to make sure the file resolution is high enough within the company's compressed JPG file size limits to ensure the text is readable on canvas. That's what I did, and it resulted in a flawless print.

After I read a lot of bad reviews, I was kind of nervous but decided to go ahead and order two canvas pieces. Impressive canvas print
My experience communicating with this company was excellent! I accidentally sent the wrong size photo, but they were extremely patient and helped me fix the problem. The delivery was pretty quick, especially since it didn't come from the UK. I was happy to see that the packaging was really strong. They used DHL for shipping, so I got updates on when it would arrive. The canvas I got was better quality than ones I've gotten from other places, and it looks amazing! I'm really satisfied with my purchase and will definitely shop from them again.
Metal print purchase
At first, I was really annoyed with how things went down when I ordered a metal print from this company. I messed up and chose the wrong arrival date, so I called them right away to cancel and get a refund. But the customer service rep I spoke to refused and said that once an order is made, it can't be canceled or refunded. I found this super frustrating because I felt like the right thing to do under the circumstances was to let me cancel. It felt like they weren't listening to me and cared more about keeping my money than making things right.
Collage canvas print
My time dealing with this company was kind of all over the place. So the first time I got a collage canvas print, it was amazing. But the second time, it was a whole different story. The hanger on the back of the canvas was put on sideways, making it tough to hang up. Plus, the canvas was torn and falling apart in the back, which was definitely not what I was hoping for. And on top of that, the photos in the collage weren't centered right, which was pretty disappointing. All in all, my second order was a disaster compared to the first one.
Pixelated and blurry 8x10 canvas prints
The canvas prints I got from this company were really bad. They were so pixelated and blurry that I couldn't even use them. I tried contacting customer service to fix the problem, but they could only offer me a partial refund. I had to find another place to get my canvas prints done because of this.

Canvas prints on other side are very quick and efficient in the orders. they have all kind of printd designs and templates to choose from. I loved the quality it offered and more than that, in the right time, the gift is delivered to her, making such a beautiful moment.

I got this enormous black and white photo of my wife from this shop, and let me tell you, it looks incredible! The quality is seriously top-notch and I was really impressed. Honestly, I was not expecting it to turn out that good but it did, and I couldn't be happier with how it came out.
Free canvas offer scam
For real, offering a free canvas as a promo sounds awesome, doesn't it? Well, not really. I totally fell for it and got scammed. The link for the free canvas didn't even work, so I had to call to claim it. But get this - the shipping for this supposed "free canvas" was pricier than rush shipping for a normal order and twice the regular shipping cost. Can you imagine? I'd only save like six dollars with my "free canvas." What a rip-off. Needless to say, I'm steering clear of their tricky promos from now on.
Recent canvas print purchase
I ordered a canvas print from this company and it was a disaster. The printing quality was terrible, and when I reached out to customer service to complain, it was incredibly difficult to get any resolution. To top it off, I mistakenly ordered another canvas print thinking it was from a different company, but they are all connected. The lack of transparency is really disappointing. It's been weeks now and I still haven't gotten a refund or a good explanation for the delay. This whole thing has been a nightmare and I wish I hadn't given them my business.
Bad acrylic prints
I bought these acrylic prints and they were awful. I mean, why bother printing them if you can see those stripes? And to make it worse, two of them had chipped paint in the back. All of them were totally unusable, so frustrating!
Metal print purchase
The metal print I ordered showed up all messed up because the packaging was terrible. It was way smaller than the box it came in, so it got knocked around while it was being delivered. The flimsy plastic sleeve didn't do much to protect it, so now it's all bent and covered in sticky tape bits. I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times for help, but I haven't heard back from them at all. Just a bummer of an experience overall.
Disappointing canvas print order
Don't bother spending your money on those canvas prints. I sent in some really nice, professional photos, but the prints I got back were all blurry and terrible. I was so let down by how they turned out that I just threw them away. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to get your canvas prints done.

Hey, so I bought a canvas print online and it was a complete disaster, let me tell ya. The website was a hot mess and super hard to figure out. Finally, when I got my order in, they sent me an email confirmation that used my email address to bounce back so I couldn't block 'em. Seriously, what's up with that? It's so sketchy. I checked out some reviews from other folks who used this company, and it seems like they've got a track record of shady stuff. No wonder they're willing to pull such a sneaky move.
Canvas print with missing mounting hardware and incorrect color
Sorry to say, but my experience with this company wasn't great. I bought a canvas print, but it came without the mounting hardware I ordered. When I contacted customer service for help, they said they'd send the missing pieces and asked me to wait for a notification. But even after reaching out multiple times, I never got a response or the hardware. And on top of that, the color of the print was way off from the photo I provided.
36x24 canvas print
I got this 36x24 canvas print from these guys, but it was a total letdown. The picture was all fuzzy and low-quality, so there was no way I could show it off at home. It was kind of a bummer to find out that this company doesn't warn you if your image might come out bad like some other printing places do. And when I tried to talk to customer service about it, all they offered was a partial refund. I ended up feeling like I just threw away my money on something that wasn't up to par.
Blurry prints
I can't believe I fell for those low prices on that site. I really should've known better, but that good deal just lured me in. My photos looked amazing when I uploaded them, but what I received was a huge disappointment. The images were super blurry, and all the details were basically impossible to see.
