    A Great Choice for Home Automation

    As a client of ecobee, I have had a great experience with the company. Their smart thermostats and other home automation products have made controlling the temperature and energy usage in my home incredibly easy and convenient.

    The ecobee app is user-friendly and allows me to control my thermostat and other devices from anywhere, at any time. The ability to set schedules and adjust the temperature remotely has saved me money on my energy bills and made my home more comfortable.

    The customer service team at ecobee is also top-notch. Whenever I have had a question or issue, they have been quick to respond and have always been able to help me out.

    I recently bought a thermostat and I have to say, I'm pretty bummed about the lack of info it gives me about its settings and stuff. I noticed that the temperature limit got changed without me knowing, which ended up causing my oil usage to go up. I had to call my HVAC company for help to disconnect the internet connection and fix the settings. The display and user manual weren't very helpful in showing me how to work through the menu options, so it was tough to make changes on my own. The whole situation was frustrating and a hassle, thanks to the lack of transparency and user-friendly design of the thermostat.

    I just got an installation service for my heating system and it was a total disaster. I paid a lot of money for it, but my heat still wouldn't turn on afterward. When I called customer service for help, they gave me some bad advice that made things worse - I ended up with a burning smell and an even bigger problem. The whole experience was really disappointing and the people I dealt with were not professional at all. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

    The smart thermostat I got from this company is really working well for me and has actually helped me save money on energy bills. But let me tell you, their customer service seriously needs some work. They're not using their support system the right way at all, so every time I try to get some help, it's just a big hassle. They close cases without even following up, which makes it hard to get things sorted out quickly. I'm pretty disappointed with how they handle things and it makes me think twice about asking for help from them again.

    Order of a thermostat

    The company said they'd deliver my order in two days but it actually took five business days. They sent it through UPS ground from IL to CA, which wasn't what they said on their website. When I asked about the delay, all I got was a quick apology with no real reason. What bugged me the most was the lack of updates on the delay. They still say two-day shipping on their site even though they couldn't do it. And on top of that, they used a slower shipping option than what they promised once they finally sent my order. Next time, I'll probably look somewhere else to shop, even though I do like their product.

    Purchased a smart thermostat

    Dude, let me tell you about this "smart" thermostat I got. It's been a total headache. I mean, I checked out all these reviews and it seems like the company just blames the customers instead of fixing their products. Like, seriously? If all these people are having problems, maybe it's not us, maybe it's them! I tried reaching out to customer support, but it was like talking to a wall. They just don't seem to give a dang about actually helping customers. It feels like this company cares more about raking in the cash than putting out quality products. It's like those Boeing Aircraft, all about the bottom line. I'm really thinking about ditching this thing because I can't handle it anymore. Best of luck to anyone else dealing with these issues!

    Wi-Fi thermostat

    Man, this Wi-Fi thermostat is the worst, I swear! It keeps losing connection for no reason and trying to get help from customer service is a joke. And every time they update the firmware, it just gets worse. I had to take it down and replace it with something way better that cost me a fortune. Complete garbage, do not waste your money on it!
