International order
I was totally blown away by the customer service at EntirelyPets. Being up here in Canada, I'm always a little hesitant about ordering stuff from companies that use postal service for shipping. But I gotta say, my order was dealt with super well. The things I ordered showed up quick, and the fact that they had items I can't find up here in Canada was a major win. I'm for sure gonna be coming back as a customer!
Pet supplies
I just gotta give a shoutout to EntirelyPets for the amazing service I got from this guy named Peter in customer service. I was having some problems with my order and had to call multiple times to get it sorted out. But Peter was the only one who really knew his stuff and was able to fix everything up quick. He was super nice and made the whole situation way easier to deal with. Thanks, Peter!
Wellactin capsules
I was having trouble finding my dog's Wellactin capsules online, but thankfully I came across them on EntirelyPets. I was a bit worried at first because of some negative reviews, but I decided to go ahead and place my order. Surprisingly, I received an email with my order number immediately and it was shipped out on the same day. To my delight, my order arrived really fast!
Order of Pet Supplies
I just bought some pet supplies from EntirelyPets and I was really happy with the quality. The website was easy to use and I found everything I needed in no time. Checking out was a breeze and I got a confirmation email right after.
Pet supplements
I recently bought some pet supplements from this company, and I gotta say I'm really let down by how things went. I signed up for automatic deliveries of these supplements towards the end of last year, and ever since then, I've been trying to stop them. Every time I've tried to cancel on their website, I've had issues with the server and was told to contact them directly. But no matter how many emails I sent, messages I left on their website, or calls I made, I haven't received any response at all. And to top it off, I got an email saying my next delivery is on its way, which just made me even more frustrated and feeling like they're taking advantage of me. The company's customer service and communication are seriously lacking, so I'd definitely advise against buying from them in the future.
Order placed, payment issue, unresponsive customer service, refund not received
I had a pretty rough experience with Entirely Pets back in February 2021. They told me they couldn't ship my order because of a payment problem, even though I had proof that the payment went through. I tried contacting them through email and phone, but I never heard back from them. I had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charge because Entirely Pets said they shipped the product when they really didn't. Even after I sent the package back, they claimed they never got the return. It's been almost 9 months now, and they still haven't given me the refund they promised. And on top of that, they disabled my account so I can't even keep track of what's happening. Honestly, this company is full of dishonest people, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

I had a bad experience with this company. When I ordered something that was out of stock, they didn't bother to let me know if it was available or not. I had to reach out to them to find out, and even after they said my item would be in next week, it never showed up. This is the third time this has happened to me. On top of that, I never got any emails about my purchase or shipping details. It's really annoying not knowing if your stuff is coming or not. Their lack of communication and follow-through was really disappointing and unprofessional.
Medication order
I got some meds for my pet from this store called Entirely Pets, but man, it seriously took way too long to get to me. The vet gave the okay and everything, but they just weren't sending it out. I had to be calling them constantly to find out what the hold up was. It was super frustrating!
Heart worm medicine purchase
I wanted to share with you all about my recent experience ordering heartworm medicine for my dog from EntirelyPets. It was a mess, let me tell you. The medicine never showed up, and when I reached out to them, they said it was already delivered. Now, I've had issues with deliveries before, but normally the company would just send out a replacement, right? Not EntirelyPets. They said they'd send another one my way, but I never got it. No follow-up either. It's beyond frustrating to pay for something and have nothing to show for it, no solution in sight. Their customer service is a joke, and I wouldn't recommend using them based on my experience.
Large dog collar purchase
I bought a new big dog collar, but I got a used one instead. The collar had a bunch of holes, looked like it had been cut, and was missing loops. It was packaged like it was new, but it definitely wasn't.
Allergy medication not received
I just ordered some allergy meds for my pet from an online pet store. The package never showed up, so I contacted EntirelyPets for help. Their response was pretty disappointing - they basically just told me to check with the local postal service. Like they could somehow find my missing meds! It's really concerning that they're not taking responsibility for this. How can they be a reliable pet supply provider if they can't even make sure important meds get where they're supposed to go?
Cancelled order mishap
I was so let down by the online pet store. I tried to cancel my order on the phone, but they went ahead and sent it anyway, then still charged me. When I asked for my money back, they said no unless I sent back the product. It was all their mistake and shouldn't have happened at all. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
Vaccines not in stock
I can't believe I ordered vaccines from this place and only found out later that they weren't even in stock! After waiting for over a month, they still had them listed as available on their website. It's unacceptable to sell products you don't have. I had to demand a refund in the end.
Placed order on 1/31/23
I am really let down by my experience with this company. I bought something and it never showed up, even after the manager said they would send it again with express delivery. It's been a total joke and I suggest others steer clear of this shady business.
Not received items
I bought something from this website not too long ago, thinking I'd be getting two things. But when I called to check on my order, they said one thing was on its way but the other was out of stock, so they promised to give me a refund. Even with that promise, I never got either of the items. The fact that they didn't keep me in the loop and didn't follow through has really bummed me out and made me super frustrated with the whole thing.
