    A Great Plus Size Clothing Destination

    I have been a client of Fashion to Figure for several years now and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. Their online store is easy to navigate and they always have a wide variety of plus size clothing options available.

    I love that they offer a mix of trendy pieces as well as classic staples. They have a great selection of dresses, from casual to formal, and their pants and tops are always on point. I appreciate that they have extended sizes, which makes it easy for me to find clothes that fit well.

    The prices are also very reasonable and they frequently have sales and promotions, which is great for budget-conscious shoppers like myself. The quality of their clothes is also very good and I have never had an issue with any of the items I've purchased.

    The customer service is also top-notch. I've had to return a few items and the process was very easy and hassle-free. They also have a rewards program which is a nice added perk.

    I recently bought some stuff from this company without checking out any reviews first. I was kinda nervous because I had bad experiences with other online shops like Curvy Ladies and Bloom Chic in the past. Those places left me feeling ripped off and let down. But this company surprised me in a good way - my order arrived super fast and was even better than I expected. The stuff I got looked just like the pictures, was really well made, and fit me perfectly. I've gotten a ton of compliments on the jeans and coat I wore, and I can't wait to show off the sweaters I bought. Overall, my experience shopping with this company was awesome, and I'm definitely gonna buy from them again.

    I recently bought some clothes from your store, but I had a bad time dealing with customer service. I tried to check on my order a week after buying it, but the rep I talked to didn't have any useful info for me. They just said the warehouse would let me know when they could. I asked to talk to someone in the warehouse, but they said no and told me to be patient. I was pretty let down by the lack of help and communication from customer service. I think there's definitely some room for improvement in this area.

    Return order processing delay

    I was really let down by my last trip to the store. I brought back something on January 26th and it's been more than a month now, but they still haven't sorted out my order. I've reached out to customer service a bunch of times, and every time they've come up with some new excuse for the holdup. It's annoying not knowing when they're gonna fix this mess and not getting a straight answer on when it'll be fixed.

    I ain't never ordering from this company again and I suggest y'all don't either. If there's any kind of problem at all with your order, forget about customer service getting back to you. It's been a whole month since I ordered something and the shipper's saying they got the package back, but I haven't heard a peep from them by phone, text, or email. This is just not right.

    A cute top

    Oh my goodness, I just had to share this story with you. I ordered the cutest top from this online shop and I was literally counting down the days until it arrived. But then I stumbled upon another top just like it, but in a different color, and all the reviews were trashing it for being such poor quality. So, I decided to call and cancel my order, only a few hours after I placed it, and guess what? They told me I could only cancel it within 5-10 minutes of placing the order. Can you believe that? And get this, the lady didn't even bother asking for my order number. I'm definitely not thrilled about the whole situation. I would totally advise against ordering from them if you want any sort of flexibility with returns or cancellations.

    Trendy clothing, poor communication

    So I bought some cool clothes from this store recently and let me tell ya, the lack of communication is just unbelievable. I ordered without signing up because, come on, who has time to make another account? And then they didn't even bother sending me a tracking number. Seriously, don't they have my email and info? Customer service is a joke - I've called, left a message, and emailed, but it's like talking to a wall. They finally replied to my email, asking for the same info I already sent. What a waste of time and money. Definitely not ordering from them again. It's now 01/09/24 and still no tracking number. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Dress and jacket order

    I just bought a dress and a jacket from this store, but I had a problem with the delivery. They told me there was a delay because of some technical issues at the warehouse. When I tried to cancel my order, customer support said I had to wait until the items were shipped. I waited it out, but then they told me my order was canceled because the items were out of stock, even though they were still on the website. It was super frustrating and disappointing.

    I had a really annoying experience with an online purchase I made recently. Their website said they could adjust coupon codes up to 2 days after the order, but when I tried to cancel my order less than 2 minutes after placing it, they said it wasn't possible. The customer service team told me my order had already been shipped, but that wasn't true. To top it off, the return process was delayed because they only shipped one item. It was all just frustrating and there was no consistency or communication in their business practices.

    I had to take some stuff back to the store not long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. They told me it would take 7 to 10 days to process the return, but it ended up taking way longer. After I made several calls and complaints, I finally got an email saying they had processed my return. The fact that it took so long was just plain unacceptable and really got on my nerves.

    OMG, canceling my subscription has been a nightmare! It's seriously taking forever, like why does it have to be so difficult to cancel?! The customer service reps are clueless and it's beyond frustrating. Seriously, they need to get their act together.

    Expensive purchase, poor customer service

    My experience at this store totally let me down. The customer service was pretty low quality, plus the language barrier made it tough to get my point across. I really think that American businesses should focus on hiring folks who speak English well so they can give better service. And on top of that, I had a bad time with the delivery too. I shelled out extra for speedy shipping but my item didn't show up when they said it would. To make things even worse, when I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping charge, they said no. That kind of shady behavior and lack of responsibility is just not cool.

    Recent return debacle

    Man, can you believe the customer service I dealt with? I sent back some stuff more than two weeks ago and still haven't gotten my money back. I even took a trip to Mexico and came back, and nada. When I called customer service for help, what a disaster. Those reps were so hard to understand, their English was all over the place. Ugh, so irritating!
