Its so good!!!!!
At first glance, i fall in love with the style and the colors. It's just the way i was looking, also the price is affordable. Inez crop top is perfect one i bought recently, its like so good and i feel super comfortable wearing this. also i get the perfect look everytime i get ready for excsersie , it helped me in building my confidence and i would like to say that the services are too good. The store is overlla good for me, i dont know lot about the dleiebry because at first it was good, then second it was late. So yeah , i really dont know if its okay or not but rest , its great
Sport suits in red, white, and blue
I really love the sport suits I got in red, white, and blue! They're super comfy and stretchy, perfect for working out without stressing about tearing any seams. The colors are my fave, and I feel so stylish wearing them. The quality is amazing, I can tell they'll last a while. And the price was way more affordable than other brands, which is a win for me. I've heard Fila is a popular brand for soccer players, and now I understand why!
Bought black and grey shoes
I was so pumped to snag a pair of shoes from that popular store. They felt great when I tried them on and they looked awesome. But then, after a few months I started wearing them, the sole started peeling off! By the time I had worn them only ten times, they were already falling apart. I didn't bother reaching out to the store since I grabbed them on sale. Really bummed that a well-known brand would put out such low-quality shoes.
Recent shoe order
So I just ordered some new shoes on December 1st and got a package with 6 pairs today. They mentioned there were some order delays, so I knew it might take a while. I've been buying from this brand for years and I'm really into one particular style - I probably have like 20 pairs of them. I'm not connected to the brand or anything, just a big fan who likes good service.
Shoes purchased online
That website is a total scam! They just take your money and never send what you ordered. You can't even get a hold of anyone at the company, and they lie about being connected to some big global brand. The phone number just goes to someone who speaks Italian, and the email they give you isn't even real. Don't fall for it, keep your distance from that site.
cool sneakers
I got these really cool sneakers from this one place, you know? But they ended up being too big so I had to try to return them. It was such a pain though. They didn't give me a return label so I had to make my own! And then I couldn't even track the package because they never set up an account for me. The delivery was okay, but the customer service was just awful. I tried emailing them, reaching out on their website, and even on social media, but nobody ever responded. Pretty disappointing.
Coat from the website
I had a bit of a delay getting my coat, but with everything going on with COVID, it made sense. The customer service folks were super helpful when I had questions. Definitely going to buy from this site again.
Bike shorts
I recently bought some bike shorts online. Everything went smoothly with the purchase, but I never got a confirmation from the company. I sent several emails asking about my order, but I didn't hear back from them. The $75 bike shorts finally showed up, but they weren't the quality I was hoping for. I decided to return them, but when I got my refund from Fila, they only gave me half the money back. That started a whole frustrating process of dealing with my bank and Paypal to fix the problem. Online shopping is super important these days, but stuff like this makes me question if some brands are really reliable.
Recent online purchase
I ordered a bunch of stuff online back on December 7th, but I've only gotten one out of the five items so far. The rest of my order is still stuck on 'processing' and I can't get a hold of anyone from customer service after calling and emailing. I get that it's busy with the holidays, but this lack of communication and missing items is pretty frustrating.

I've been a loyal customer and have made a bunch of online purchases from this website. But man, my recent encounters with their customer service have really let me down. I tried to make a couple of simple changes to my orders, like canceling them right after I placed them or switching up the payment method. It's stuff that other companies have always been able to handle no problem. But dang, Fila just couldn't help me out in either situation. I reached out to them in plenty of time, before they even started processing my orders, but after a full day of waiting, they told me there was nothing they could do. It's just a bummer to see a company I used to think highly of being so inflexible and not putting the customer first.
Shoes and a tracksuit
I recently bought some shoes and a tracksuit from this store, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I got less than half of what I ordered, and their customer service is basically non-existent. I spent a good amount of money and feel like I got totally ripped off. I tried reaching out multiple times, but never heard back. Even contacting the main office in Melbourne was useless, they just didn't seem to care at all. It's so frustrating that I can't even get a refund for the missing items. I might have to go to the ACCC and file a complaint because this is just not right.
Recent clothes order
I bought some really cute clothes from their site, but it's been more than three weeks now and my order still hasn't been shipped. I've sent them multiple emails trying to get an update or even cancel my order, but they haven't replied at all. It seems like I'm not the only one dealing with this problem because I've noticed a bunch of complaints on social media about how bad their service is. I heard some folks had to wait on hold for hours just to speak to someone who wasn't even helpful. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all!

Hey, I wanted to give you a heads up about this website called Franceshopfila.fr. I came across it recently and it's definitely a fake online store from China. They almost got me with their sneaky tricks, but I figured it out just in time. Just wanted to remind you to always be careful and make sure you're buying from a legit website before you make any purchases.
Wasted time and money
I bought something two months back and still haven't gotten it. No messages, no info, nothing. The order tracker on their site is no help and talking to customer service is a waste of time. How are they still in business with service like this?
Oversized shoes
I just bought some shoes from this company, but they turned out to be way too big when they arrived, even though I got the right size. I reached out to customer service to ask for a smaller size, but I was surprised to hear that I had to cover the cost of returning the shoes on my own. It's frustrating to have to pay extra because they sent the wrong size. The whole situation has really put me off with their lack of support and the hassle of paying for their mistake.
Fila Core Calibration Junior trainers
I just bought a pair of Fila Core Calibration Junior sneakers, and man, was I let down by the quality. I only wore them a handful of times before the bottoms totally detached from the rest of the shoe after just three weeks. It's really bumming me out to see such shoddy work from a brand like Fila. And on top of that, there's no recyclable or degradable materials used in the shoes - come on, isn't that important in today's world? It's just a shame to see such a careless attitude towards making products that last and are environmentally friendly.
