Mediocre experience with GemsNY
As a customer of GemsNY, I have had mixed experiences with the company. On one hand, their selection of jewelry is impressive and they have a wide variety of options to choose from. The prices are also quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products.
However, my main issue with GemsNY has been their customer service. I have reached out to them multiple times with questions and concerns, but the responses I have received have been slow and not particularly helpful. Additionally, I have had trouble with a few of my orders and had to follow up multiple times to get them resolved.
Overall, I would recommend GemsNY for their selection and prices, but be prepared to do your own research and possibly follow up on any issues you may have. The company does not have physical stores and the customer service could be better.Diamond earrings purchase
I just bought these amazing diamond earrings from this company and let me tell you, I was seriously impressed with their customer service and the quality of the product. I originally picked out a pair with some specific details in mind, but then Jonathan hit me up and said he found some even better diamonds for the same price. And let me tell you, these new diamonds were bigger, better cut, and just overall higher quality than what I was expecting. When the earrings finally arrived, they were just absolutely gorgeous. I ended up giving them to my wife for our anniversary and she was completely blown away by how beautiful and sparkly they were. GemsNY is amazing! I recently got a really awesome ring from them and it came out so great! The guy, Ernie, who helped me was super nice and genuine. The only suggestion I have is for them to improve the quality of the pictures and videos of their gems because sometimes you can't see all the details in just the photos. But overall, I definitely plan on purchasing more rings from them!
