Bouquet purchase for Mother's Day
The flowers I got for Mother's Day were a huge letdown. They looked nothing like the picture online, and they were all wilted with a messy arrangement. When I reached out to customer service about it, they were really rude and unhelpful. The owner didn't even apologize or seem to care about fixing the problem. It's obvious that making customers happy is not important to this company.

I mailed my family some wine and treats from Australia, and they absolutely loved it! They thought it was so nice and the food tasted amazing.
