Glossier 'You' perfume
I recently got my hands on the Glossier 'You' perfume online and let me tell you, I am over the moon with both the product and the amazing customer service I got. I live in Germany and couldn't find this perfume anywhere nearby, so I placed my order on February 1st. To my surprise, I got a shipping notification the same day! Since it's a liquid, there were some import taxes and duties when it arrived in Germany. I reached out to Glossier's customer service and got a response right away, even though it was a Sunday. They quickly refunded me the amount on Monday morning. Their efficiency and professionalism blew me away. My package got to me on February 5th, just four days after I ordered. The delivery was super quick and the customer service was top-notch. And can we talk about the perfume? It's absolutely lovely, I am beyond happy with my purchase.
Lip balms, boy brow, brow pen, concealer, perfume, cloud blush, oil dew
I love Glossier's products so much! Every time I order something, they always include samples that just make me want to buy more. Their lip balms are a must-have for me, the boy brow works wonders on my eyebrows, and the brow pen gives me a natural look that I love. The elastic concealer is amazing - it never creases or settles into my fine lines. And the You perfume is so unique, it's spicy with floral notes that feel familiar and I can't get enough of it. Now, I'm thinking about trying the cloud blush and oil dew after falling in love with the samples they sent me. Glossier, please stop tempting me with free samples because I can't resist buying everything!
Lash Slick mascara, skincare products
Glossier has awesome customer service. The folks there are super friendly and always ready to lend a hand, which makes the whole experience super smooth and fun. I recently chatted with Brittney, who was seriously so nice and went out of her way to help me out. Also, Glossier's products are just the best. I've been using their Lash Slick mascara and skincare stuff for a while now, and I can't see myself using anything else. The quality is top-notch and totally worth it. And don't even get me started on their marketing team - they really know how to catch your eye and make you keep coming back for more.
Beauty products
I recently bought some beauty products from this brand and was pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service I got. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I took a chance and I'm really happy that I did. My order came quickly, but one of the items wasn't the color I wanted. I shot them an email about exchanging it, and I was thrilled to get a response in just 12 hours. They sent out a new item right away, and I'm super pleased with how it all turned out. This brand really gets the struggle of buying beauty products online and goes the extra mile to make sure customers are happy.
Balm dotcom in Fig
The new Balm dotcom formula is amazing, and I'm really loving the Fig scent. But I do kinda miss the Swiss Miss and Cookie flavors they used to have. And can you believe it, the packaging was so sturdy that my Balm dotcom actually survived a whole cycle in the washing machine!
Long wait, import duties issue
If you're not in the US, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company. I had to wait forever for my order to even get out of the US, even though I paid for express shipping. And now, to make matters worse, DHL wants me to pay import duties even though Glossier told me they were already covered in the price. What kind of shady business is this? Plus, their customer service is terrible. I've emailed them several times and haven't heard back once. It's better to avoid the frustration and buy from somewhere else.
Best blush ever
Cloud paint is the best blush for ever! hands down i am so much in love with this one!!! Cloud paint comes with a pillowy and lightweight formula which is super easy to use. Just grab the tube and push it on your cheeks and blend it. It doesn't need an expert hand , or dont need to measure color for too many shades. It just perfect. The gel format is natural and get observe , leaving natural blush on my skin. Its really the best an ultimate solution for me! i used to have so much struggle for this and finally i am getting the natural blush , also the color options are awesome here
Amazing product range
When I'm dealing with makeup, I take it pretty seriously. I have high standards for the products I use and the service I receive. Let me tell you, this brand went above and beyond. The range of products they offer is amazing, and the quality is top-notch. I recently bought some stuff from them and I was so impressed with how well everything was packaged. Future Dew and Jelly Cleanser
Ordering from Glossier is such a breeze, I love it. The website is easy to use, so I can find what I need without any trouble. Stretch fluid foundation
I went to this store in London and picked up the stretch fluid foundation after doing a patch test. When I tried using it at home, I realized it didn't really match my skin tone. So, I decided to shoot over an email to the team. They got back to me really fast and sent me a different shade at no cost after looking at the selfies I sent them. Jess and Christine from the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Big thank you to the Glossier team for always being ready to assist!
My lip gloss and face cream
I bought some lip gloss and face cream 2 weeks back, and I still can't find them! I tried getting in touch with the delivery company, and they told me they haven't even received the package. It's really irritating! The website claimed it would only take 7 days, but it's already been 14. Ugh, the worst!
Skin tint and concealer
I bought the skin tint and concealer from this brand and let me tell you, I am really impressed. The skin tint matches my skin tone perfectly and makes me look naturally radiant. The concealer is light but still covers up flaws really well. It's great for hiding imperfections. I also checked out their lip balms and the mango smell is amazing!
Perfume order
Man, I ordered this perfume forever ago and it took them almost a whole month to ship it to me in Australia. I was so annoyed because they kept saying it was delayed and then they said it was out of stock. Just tell me the truth, you know? Finally, after bugging them, they shipped it just a day before a whole month passed. Ugh!
Mascara purchase
I just bought a mascara from this company and I really like the product. But I can't ignore how wasteful the huge packaging is. The box it came in was way too big, like it could fit a baby instead of just a small mascara tube. This brand has done this before with other products and it's disappointing to see them not care about being sustainable. I can't just go to a store down the street to buy it, so I'm stuck dealing with all this extra waste.
The 'You' perfume
I was really let down by the 'You' perfume. It used to be one of my go-to scents, but the bottle I got recently didn't have as strong of a smell and didn't stick around like my old one. The packaging still looks nice and clean, but the actual scent just didn't do it for me this time. It's disappointing because I used to really enjoy wearing this perfume.
Lip gloss purchase
I can't believe how terrible this company is! The customer service was so mean and unhelpful. I ordered a lip gloss and was supposed to get a cute bonus pouch with it, but it wasn't in my package. They admitted they made a mistake but wouldn't send me the missing pouch, just gave me a lousy $5 coupon for next time. Like I would ever want to buy from them again! And on top of that, it took a whole 2 weeks for my order to show up. Totally not okay.
Boy Brow
I love using Boy Brow in my beauty routine, it's a must-have for me. But every time I order it, UPS messes up. It's frustrating because I really like some other products from the same brand, like their concealer, but UPS makes me think twice. I wish they'd switch to DPD or DHL for more reliable deliveries.
Mixed experience

I used to really love this brand, but I'm starting to have second thoughts after buying the Ultralip lipstick. The prices on their website have increased a lot, which has me wondering if the quality matches up. The cap on the lipstick is super loose, always falling off in my bag and making a huge mess. It's frustrating to pay more for a product with such bad packaging. I might have to start looking into other brands that give me more bang for my buck.
