Glossier 'You' perfume
I recently got my hands on the Glossier 'You' perfume online and let me tell you, I am over the moon with both the product and the amazing customer service I got. I live in Germany and couldn't find this perfume anywhere nearby, so I placed my order on February 1st. To my surprise, I got a shipping notification the same day! Since it's a liquid, there were some import taxes and duties when it arrived in Germany. I reached out to Glossier's customer service and got a response right away, even though it was a Sunday. They quickly refunded me the amount on Monday morning. Their efficiency and professionalism blew me away. My package got to me on February 5th, just four days after I ordered. The delivery was super quick and the customer service was top-notch. And can we talk about the perfume? It's absolutely lovely, I am beyond happy with my purchase.
Lash Slick mascara, skincare products
Glossier has awesome customer service. The folks there are super friendly and always ready to lend a hand, which makes the whole experience super smooth and fun. I recently chatted with Brittney, who was seriously so nice and went out of her way to help me out. Also, Glossier's products are just the best. I've been using their Lash Slick mascara and skincare stuff for a while now, and I can't see myself using anything else. The quality is top-notch and totally worth it. And don't even get me started on their marketing team - they really know how to catch your eye and make you keep coming back for more.
Beauty products
I recently bought some beauty products from this brand and was pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service I got. Even though I saw some bad reviews, I took a chance and I'm really happy that I did. My order came quickly, but one of the items wasn't the color I wanted. I shot them an email about exchanging it, and I was thrilled to get a response in just 12 hours. They sent out a new item right away, and I'm super pleased with how it all turned out. This brand really gets the struggle of buying beauty products online and goes the extra mile to make sure customers are happy.
Best blush ever
Cloud paint is the best blush for ever! hands down i am so much in love with this one!!! Cloud paint comes with a pillowy and lightweight formula which is super easy to use. Just grab the tube and push it on your cheeks and blend it. It doesn't need an expert hand , or dont need to measure color for too many shades. It just perfect. The gel format is natural and get observe , leaving natural blush on my skin. Its really the best an ultimate solution for me! i used to have so much struggle for this and finally i am getting the natural blush , also the color options are awesome here
Future Dew and Jelly Cleanser
Ordering from Glossier is such a breeze, I love it. The website is easy to use, so I can find what I need without any trouble. My go-to products are the Future Dew and Jelly Cleanser - they are a key part of my skincare routine. The quality is amazing, and I really admire the little touches in the packaging, like the adorable pink Glossier pouch. The Jelly Cleanser is gentle on my skin and leaves it feeling so fresh. And the Future Dew gives me this gorgeous glow that lasts all day. These products are my ride-or-dies, keeping my skin healthy and glowing.
Mixed experience
My experience with the brand was a little of everything. Some things I liked, some not so much. The products were decent, but I had trouble finding the perfect fit for me. Customer service and options could have been better, and the signup process had some issues. Spelling mistakes in the messages were frustrating, making me feel like my experience was just okay, nothing extraordinary.

The range of products they offer is amazing, and the quality is top-notch. I recently bought some stuff from them and I was so impressed with how well everything was packaged. skincare set
I don't know if it's just me, but dang, it felt like I could have flown to the moon and back before finally getting my Glossier order. Seriously, it took forever to arrive, slower than a snail on a Sunday stroll. I mean, it was just a skincare set, not some rare treasure from across the world. And to make matters worse, the tracking info was as dependable as a busted compass. I was left in the dark, not knowing where my package was during that painful wait. Step it up, Glossier!
Eyebrow gel and lip balm
My experience with this store was just alright. Their selection wasn't great and I had a hard time finding my way around the website. Some of the products seemed a little too expensive and the customer service was nothing special. I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon.
