I went shopping at this store recently, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with all the clothes they had for big and tall guys. The sizes were spot on, the fabric was high quality, and the styles were nice. The staff there were super friendly and helpful, they helped me pick out the perfect shirt and jeans that fit great. I gotta say, the snowboarding gear I got from Powder Addicts was seriously top-notch. They had so many different things to choose from on their website, I easily found exactly what I needed. The ordering part was a piece of cake, and I liked that I could break up my payment into 4 installments with no interest. Only hiccup was that my package showed up a tad later than I thought it would. But all in all, I was happy with my buy and would definitely suggest Powder Addicts to other snow lovers like me.

pajamas, slippers and robe
The customer service is the worse ever. There is no phone number to contact anyone. They shipped. part of the order from one state which arrived on time and another from another state. I never received the slippers from SC and they have yet to resolve it. I have spent hours with FED EX trying to find out where the order is to no avail due to they way they shipped out the order. Will never order from them again. I have paid for slippers I have yet to receive and they have not been helpful in trying to track my package. This was a very special gift I needed by a certain date which I told Lauren, the customer service rep - that you can only email. She never followed up or offered to send another pair so I would have them in time. Extremely disappointing considering the price of the merchandise.
Lake has corrected the error in shipping and I would like to retract my review and have it deleted.

I ordered on 3/3/2021 and was worried I would never get the bathing suit or it would be after the season was over. I received an email today that it would be delivered today and it was 3/12/2021. The quality was great. Glad I ordered and will order again.
