Online orders
Ordering stuff online is a disaster. I placed a few orders and so many times I ended up not getting what I ordered because it was defective or just missing. Why can't they keep the warehouse info updated in real-time? I had to send stuff back twice now because I thought I was getting a whole set, but turns out one piece was out of stock. Their service is a letdown, really not up to par.
online purchase, fast delivery
I was really happy with my online purchase from this brand. The items got here pretty fast and everything went smoothly. They have a really classy and elegant style, and I usually like shopping in-person, but this online shopping experience was great too. I definitely suggest this brand to anyone who wants fashionable and well-made pieces for their wardrobe.
Full suit
Man, I am so frustrated with this company. I ordered a whole suit but only got the pants, and they were messed up! So I had to order the pants again, and they came messed up once more. Tried for a third time and still no luck, they were damaged again! I even asked if I could keep a damaged pair at a discount to fix myself, but they said no. Never buying from them again, absolute joke!
Quick delivery and excellent purchase
Why bother with other companies when this one gets your order to you lightning fast? I got what I wanted without any fuss or waiting around. Definitely money well spent.
cute clothes
Oh my gosh, I got these really cute clothes online, but when I tried to send them back it was a disaster! They told me I had 14 days to return them, but then customer service took forever to get back to me. Finally, they said I had to reach out to UPS and dish out 5 euros to send them back. Ugh, so not cool!
Jacket and pants purchase
I bought this jacket and pants set on sale back on August 18th. Got the confirmation, and it said only the pants were coming because the jacket was out of stock. I wasn't happy about the lack of communication, so I called customer service to complain. The rep couldn't really explain why it happened and said someone else would get back to me, but they never did. When the package showed up, I sent it back because I wasn't accepting just the pants. UPS says it got back on August 25th, but here we are on September 14th, and I still don't have my refund. I even emailed them proof that the package was returned, but they just keep saying it'll take up to 14 days once they get the item back. Seems like they're not really paying attention or understanding. My recommendation? Shop at actual stores instead of online. This whole situation is embarrassing.
Recent outfit purchases
I recently stopped by the store and was really impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They helped me pick out some items that totally fit my style. I ended up buying two outfits that I just love! Valentina, in particular, was amazing - she had awesome suggestions and really made my shopping trip extra special. I'm super happy with my purchases and the help I got at the store.
cool jacket
I was so pumped to finally get my hands on this awesome jacket, but when I opened the package, what did I find? A freaking suit! Can you believe it? No heads up, no warning at all. The delivery store had already seen my order, but they kept me in the dark. And don't even get me started on their call center - totally unreliable and rude.
Rompers and dresses
I've bought rompers and dresses from this store a few times in the last couple of weeks. But then I got an email after a week saying one of the pieces I ordered was out of stock. And I'm like, why isn't their website up to date? This has happened like three times already! A romper missing a piece is just not a cute look. They seriously need to get their act together and fix their selling system like, now!
