I bought some clothes
This company is absolutely terrible! The clothes I ordered were such poor quality, like they were made out of tissue paper. And to top it off, they have a strict no returns policy, so now I'm stuck with this junk. I swear, I am never ordering from them again!
Silicone tool mat
I can't believe it, man! I got a package in the mail today and guess what was inside – A silicone tool mat that I never ordered! I mean seriously, what the heck, right? I was so confused and kind of upset because I had no clue what to do with this random item. My first thought was that it might be some sort of scam or something! But I figured I better hold onto it just in case I need to show it for legal reasons. I really hope I don't have to deal with this kind of strange and frustrating situation again!
Unwanted package mix-up
I bought something from Hotshefashion, but I got a package from this random place called Jane. They must be connected somehow, but dealing with Jane has been a pain. I've been trying to return or swap the item I got from Hotshefashion, but when I tried to contact Jane, they disappeared. It's annoying not knowing why I got a package from them instead of Hotshefashion. And on top of that, not getting any help with returning or exchanging my item has been really frustrating.
Shirt purchase with hem sewn on wrong side
Man, let me tell you, this company's customer service for returns and refunds is the worst. I got a shirt with the hem sewn on the wrong side, and when I tried to return it, they basically told me tough luck. And this ain't the first time they've messed up - another time I just looked at an item and bam, my card got charged. Plus, their stuff ain't even that great, shipping takes forever, and good luck if you're not tech-savvy trying to return something. This company is a disaster waiting to happen - do yourself a favor and steer clear.
Fake jacket
I got my son-in-law a jacket that was supposed to be Carhartt, but it wasn't at all like the picture and description online. It's really thin and just plain ugly - definitely not the real deal. Seems like they might be selling knockoffs or something. Save your money and don't buy from them!
Wrong dress and poor quality
I just bought something from this company and it was a total disaster. They sent me the wrong dress and it was really low quality. I was really disappointed with the whole thing and definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Online purchase experience
I just bought something online and I was really bummed out about their return policy. The website wasn't upfront about customers having to pay for shipping when returning items, which felt kind of shady to me. Even though the policy made it seem like they would give me a return label, I found out from talking to customer service that they don't do that to save money. On top of all that, it took forever for someone to finally get back to me about my issue. Not cool.
cute clothes and accessories
I used to love shopping here 'cause they had the cutest clothes and accessories, but now it's all just boring boy stuff and junk. The prices are way too high and most of the good stuff is all gone. It's like they don't even care about us customers anymore. I miss the old Jane!
